Wonderful location in a country setting just outside the city of Portland. Property has been remodeled and presents well. Large screen TV, kitchen appliances and laundry room are top of the line. Items that need attention are: 1. Beds are very uncomfortable and master bed is only six inches off floor. 2. Patio furniture was not cleaned before our arrival. 3. Gas grill was full of grease and it appears it has not been cleaned in a long time. 4. Furniture in kitchen and living room were low quality and chairs were not very comfortable. Living room could use two comfortable chairs.
Fantastic spot just a short drive from Portland’s downtown. Has all the amenities you could need— fully stocked kitchen, living room area with big screen TV, three bedrooms (one with two double beds). The washroom and shower were very nice. Washer and dryer on site which was great for doing our laundry prior to heading back home. It was a great spot for us as we enjoyed some tourism and sports games in Portland.
Never judge a book by its cover. When we drive up we were concerned as the house sits alone, rambler style with gravel drive way. But, inside is well appointed. It looks to have been renovated. Nicely appointed. The pictures are all accurate. Communication was very good too.
This was a beautifully decorated house in a nice suburb of Portland! The neighborhood was very hilly and surrounded by trees, so it felt very secluded for only being 15 minutes from downtown.
The home was perfect for us while we were remodeling our floors. Plenty of space and all amenities we needed. Only complaint was the non stop construction noise next door. They started working before 7am and did not stop until nearly 7pm... otherwise it was a nice place to stay. Jade was extremely easy to work with and very accomodating.
This was a great location in a really nice neighborhood. Easy access to the city. Trails nearby for hiking and running. Although there is only one bathroom, there were plenty of mirrors to use while the family was getting ready for the day.
We stayed here recently for a family wedding. We happened to arrive during the hottest week on record, but the owner was accommodating and provided additional fans to help us cool off. The house was superbly clean and its location was ideal. The only two things I'd recommend are perhaps adding central a/c and possibly another bathroom. We were able to get by with one bathroom tolerably with six adults but others may find this challenging. If we return here, I'd consider staying here again.

The property was decent for our stay, however a little deceiving from the photos. There are a few cosmetic improvements that are needed. They must have just put in new countertops prior to our stay. The interior needs to be spot painted, the house seems heavily used. In addition, the place had a strong odor of cat. Needs some TLC (toilet paper roll falling off the wall, cabinets poorly painted, broken kitchen chair, super cold lighting, deep cleaning). The owner was super nice and responsive.
This was a clean property with space for all of us to spread out. The kitchen wasn't particularly well stocked but thankfully we did not do a lot of cooking this time as we were visiting family. We loved the closeness to Forest Park and enjoyed our hike. We didn't want to be right in the city and preferred having a little space and this offered just that.
Had great communication with the host. A perfect location and it’s spacious not to close to other houses. The inside of the house is breathtaking. Definitely plan to stay again in the future. I highly recommend this stay!
We are locals who had to retreat to the place during an ice storm. Owner was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Will recommend to friends and family looking for a local place to stay.
The place overall was good. Clean and updated. Nice place to get away from a weekend. I think it’s a little too expensive for what it worth but over all good .
We were so impressed with this property, it had everything we wanted and more. Its beautifully decorated, clean, light, modern, quiet, and quaint. Loved the porch area, it was lovely and so inviting to sit out there each morning, (one time we saw 2 deer in the yard, oh, and bought fresh eggs from a neighbor). The grocery store is near- we also found some walking trails and a few close (closed) parks. I highly recommend this property, you will NOT be disappointed! We will be back!
