Bene ma non benissiml

Casa nel complesso decente ma con tante piccole cose da cambiare. Il materasso del divano letto lercio e vecchio, il ventilatore pieno di polvere ecc. Sinceramente per quello che uno paga il WiFi come minimo potrebbe essere free. Poi, considerando che c'è solo una stanza che da fuori, far pagare l'aria condizionata potrebbe essere rivalutato.

Gentile cliente, il materasso del divano letto è stato cambiato all'inizio della scorsa stagione, sembra un pò esagerato dire che sia vecchio dopo appena un anno, e sicuramente non era e non è "lercio" come lo ha definito. Allo stesso modo il ventilatore, che la signora delle pulizie aveva lasciato pulito e che probabilmente avrà preso un pò di polvere durante il vostro soggiorno poichè utilizzato 24 ore su 24. Relativamente a wifi ed aria condizionata è tutto scritto nella descrizione ancora prima di prenotare, quindi non si capisce il motivo di lamentarsene dopo.
