About the host
Hosted by Marijana Todoric

Hello, my name is Marijana Todoric and I live in small and peaceful village of Zmijavci together with my husband Mladen and our son Ilija. We are nature lovers so we often enjoy long walks with our pet dog. We look forward to welcoming you in our beautiful villa!
Why they chose this property
My husband Mladen grew up in Zmijavci village so after living in Split for 12 years we decided that we wanted to move to the country and so in 2007 we bought an old stone house that was built in 1880s, and, at the time, uninhabited for 15 years. We renovated the house and added another floor. We also build a swimming pool and landscaped the garden. It took several years but we are very happy with the final outcome
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with the house instantly even though it was in a very bad condition when we purchased it because we loved its hundred years old stone wals, original wooden beams, huge garden and simply beautiful view of the fields and surrounding hills. We could immediately see the potential of the house and the property in whole so we enjoyed renovating it. It took a lot of time, money and nerves but it was worth it!
