La Maison du Village (Version XL) - Lourmarin

Our Family House is located in the village of LOURMARIN, belonging to the label "the most beautiful villages in France".
Its location in the high street allows you to leave cars in the 2 garages (private/secure) to enjoy the village on foot with its picturesque streets and shops.
If the animation of the village has its charm, the quiet environment of the house (not terraced and not shared) and its gardens will allow you a relaxing stay.

"La Maison du Village – Lourmarin" is available in 3 proposals ("M" with 4 beds; "L" with 6 beds and "XL" with 8 beds).

Whatever the proposal, it is for your private use and will not be shared with other tenants.

Here, nothing is imposed on you, according to your desires you will taste the calm of the property or the life of the village.

In this "XL" proposal (1 accommodation - 8 beds - 4 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms - 4 toilets), the rental of 165 m² develops on 3 levels.

THE GROUND FLOOR

Here, all the rooms have direct access to the terrace which is the central place of the property. A link between the different levels and buildings, it is also a belvedere over the swimming pool and the gardens as well as the place of conviviality where everyone meets.

- The Terrace: Sheltered from the wind and in the shade of the large parasols you can take your meals. At your disposal:
> table for 10/12 guests and chairs,
> electric plancha with utensils,
> umbrellas and lighting for dinner,

- The kitchen, in Provençal style, is equipped with modern comforts and has the necessary (utensils, crockery and equipment including US fridge with unlimited ice cream). It has direct access to the outdoor terrace (French window).

- The living room and the dining room for moments of conviviality. They have direct access to the outdoor terrace (sliding bay window).
The TV/video set is at your disposal with high-speed internet – 75 Mbits available minimum! - and its Wi-Fi accessible from all points of the house.

- The Suite - Bedroom 4: one of the 4 bedrooms of the rental, it is accessible through the French window of the terrace. At your disposal:
> double bed (140x190) with bedside tables and remote-controlled ceiling fan
> 1 wardrobe cupboard + 1 storage cupboard
> bathroom area (vanity unit with storage, shower and hairdryer)
> 1 separate private toilet

On this floor you will also find:
- 1 "guest" toilet
- 2 secure private garages, communicating with the accommodation. In Lourmarin, it is a necessary luxury that will make you forget your vehicles for the time of the holidays!

THE GARDEN LEVEL (description valid from April to October except laundry room in all seasons)

Accessible by the external staircase, you will enjoy a 400m² space where the swimming pool, its beach and the gardens are located. Direct access to this level is secured for children by the presence of a gate equipped with a double-action safety lock and lockable by key.

- The heated swimming pool* (8x4 m - depth from 1.2 m to 1.7 m) allows young and old alike to swim so that everyone can swim and play with pleasure. Signed "Jacques Brens", you benefit from the quality of finish and the finesse of its marble powder coating (glass-coat). For moments of exchange or relaxation, a large submerged bench, facing the sun and equipped with a whirlpool system, awaits you.
Its continuous sunshine and the absence of vis-à-vis will allow you to enjoy it in peace and freedom.
(*included in the rental for the months of July and August, the heating of the pool is possible, depending on the weather conditions, from April to October as an OPTION ON REQUEST whose additional price varies according to the rental period).

- the Swimming Pool Beach: to enjoy it with its sunbeds at your disposal. You can install them in the shade of the parasols and
