Stay at this stunning four-bedroom villa near Lourmarin, with incredible views across the Luberon. Set within 5 ½ private acres, this luxury house really has it all - landscaped gardens, 11x5m heated pool, tennis court, table tennis and boules court. This typical Provençal-style villa benefits from a very exclusive location, and you’ll want to soak in the views and explore the surrounding countryside all day long.

The house is stylishly and luxuriously decorated throughout and will meet your every need.
The modern kitchen is well stocked with a huge fridge, coffee machine, separate freezer, 2 large dishwashers, oven/hob, and plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

All 4 bedrooms are fully air conditioned, 3 are ensuite and there is an additional family bathroom and downstairs toilet. Two have super king sized beds, two are twin / doubles. One bedroom has a private balcony. Each bedroom has shutters, and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space for a comfortable stay. Towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, and pool towels provided. Cot available.

Entertaining spaces include a well-lit BBQ area with outdoor dining table and seating for 8 people, an indoor dining table (8) plus 2 comfortable lounges.

Relax and escape in one of four separate shaded patios or sun terraces. Sunbathe on one of the 8 comfortable sun loungers next to the pool.
There is a study/TV room. Wifi coverage is excellent throughout the house and each bedroom has a desk for those wishing to work remotely.

Visit the chateau, shops, restaurants and vineyards in nearby market town of Lourmarin. The beaches of Marseille, and towns of Aix-en-Provence and Avignon are a short drive away. Fly to Marseille airport (40 mins drive), Nice or Lyon airports are also nearby.

2 bikes are available to tour the local area – cycle to Lourmarin to buy the bread or meander through the quiet back lanes to the beautiful nearby village of Cucuron. Rackets and balls are provided for the artificial grass tennis court, there is table tennis, boules, board games, plenty of parking. Follow a trail from the back of the house to access walks in the Luberon hills. Its one mile (1.6km) into the village.

The house is extremely well maintained, with a local French and English speaking property manager to meet you on arrival and attend to any queries during your stay.

Sheets, cleaning, towels (including pool towels), hairdryer, shampoo, soap are provided.
