Lovely house and pool

Really nice location, beautiful woodland walks from your front door. Short drive to Bordeaux or the beaches. Nice quiet pool and decking area

Conveniently located between city and coast

The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood half way between Bordeaux and the coast. The airport is just a 20 minute drive away. We found the house perfect for our needs, it was well equipped with comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and private parking. The owner was very helpful and gave us advice about how to get to Bordeaux Stadium to watch a Rugby World Cup match. We didn’t use the pool but it was nice to have the option. The garden was suffering from the heatwave and looked a little sad but that was understandable. All in all we were very happy with our accommodation. Thank you Raphael.

Das Haus steht auf einem ungepflegtem Grundstück.Im Haus war ein Wasserschadenbeseitigt, allerdings noch nicht fertig.Die Badtür des hinteren Bades ließ sich von Innen nicht öffnen.Alle Fernseher sind modern, aber keiner Funktionierte!WLan allerdings gut und stabil, sodass hierüber auch deutsches Fernsehen empfangen werden kann.Küchenausstattung mäßig in Bezug auf das Zubehör.Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr stylisch und komplett.Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Bonjour, Le dégât des eaux causé par un ancien locataire a été réparé rapidement avant votre arrivée ; seules quelques finitions esthétiques restent à faire, comme indiqué avant votre séjour. Pour l’extérieur, la météo pluvieuse depuis plusieurs semaines nous empêche de tondre. Concernant la TV, elle fonctionne via le boîtier Android (application Orange TV). Vous ne nous avez pas contactés à ce sujet, alors que nous restons disponibles. Nous sommes un peu surpris par votre note, compte tenu de votre retour globalement positif et du fait que ces points mineurs auraient pu être facilement réglés. Bien cordialement.

Maison bien décorée mais pas entretenue surtout les extérieurs.La vaisselle est limite (manque tir bouchon, la poignée de la poêle cassée,manque casserole, 4 petites cuillères, etc) dommage. l'annonce précisait liquide vaisselle et produit lave vaisselle, papier toilette, mais malheureusement tout manquait. Convecteurs pas fixé au mur.L'aspirateur pas vidé et pas très fonctionnel.environnement très calme, on peut garer 3 à 4 voitures dans la cour avec portail sécurisé. Matelas confortables.Grandes chambres avec de belles salle de bain. Beau réfrigérateur et congélateur. Four chauffant très bien mais le haut de la porte cassée. Etat des lieux manquant vu que le propriétaire n'était pas présent. Nous avons quitté les lieux sans contrôle du propriétaire.avec quelques améliorations, la maison serait parfaite.

Ungepflegt und dreckig

Sehr ungepflegte Außenanlage: Liegestühle, Außentisch u.v.a. verrostet und zum Teil daher nicht nutzbar. Bäume vertrocknet, Garten voller Unkraut, welches auch bereits die Terrasse sowie den Eingangsbereich zur Wohnung bevölkert, verrostete Geräte (Schubkarre) unmittelbar an der Terrasse abgestellt Grill ebenfalls verrostet und nicht mehr zu gebrauchen Bei Ankunft etliche Zigarettenreste und Leergut im Außenbereich, d.h. es wurde nicht sorgfältig gereinigt Schubladenschrank im Schlafzimmer mußte bei Ankunft gereinigt werden (war dreckig), Schiebetüren-Schrank im Bad kann nicht regulär geöffnet werden, da Türen verzogen sind (auf Grund der Nässe im Bad) Platzdeckchen in der Küche waren stark verschmutzt (Essensreste etc) und nicht zu gebrauchen Rauchmelder wurde demontiert 1 Schlafzimmer hat an einem Holzpfosten starke Schimmelbildung – Vorsicht Allergiker Küchengeschirr z.T. sehr dreckig z.T. verrostet, verrosteter Weinöffner, Schere mit Haarresten Bei der Anreise fanden wir dreckige ineinander gestapelte Teller vor (obwohl eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist) Geöffnete Tüten mit Speisen im Schrank Garage zugemüllt und nicht nutzbar – entgegen der Ausschreibung Eine ordentliche Reinigung hat vor unserem Bezug definitiv nicht stattgefunden Besonders ekelerregend war die Badarmatur Die Lounge-Sitze wiesen z.T. große Löcher auf . Der Sonnenschirm ließ sich nicht öffnen, da das Seil gerissen war. Wir haben dies am 3. Tag festgestellt und gemeldet, wollten aber auch keine Re

Commentaires et appréciations mensonger dans le seul but de nous nuire. Il n'y à qu'a constater les autres notations ici et sur d'autres site nous avons toujours reçu de bon retour et la comme par hasard. Personne très méchante et insultante qui se sont permis de nous insulter en allemand croyant que nous n'allions pas comprendre. Le parasol et un transat de casser et prétendent que ce n'est pas eux. Pour ce qui est du bois pourri à l'interieur du logement pour un maison avec des murs en placo cela risque d'etre compliqué.Cela prouve encore leur mauvaises fois. Maison rendu dans un état lamentable, toilette sales, sols gras... Aprés plus de 150 location effectué c'est bien la pire que nous avons eu !!! Nous n'aurions jamais penser connaitre cela !! A fuir!!!!

Bordeaux - loved the house and location

Arrived on Friday - didn’t realize that the wineries were all closed on the weekend - bummer - we also ran into a marathon race that stopped us from driving the loop! We enjoyed the pool and the modern home!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison située au calme et sans vis à vis avec une très belle piscine au sel (pas d'odeur de Chlore), tout était parfait et conforme à l'annonce. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien : de quoi s'occuper (ping pong er bien sûr la piscine), la maison est meublée et décorée avec goût et il y a tout le nécessaire à l'arrivée. Le propriétaire est accueillant et réceptif au moindre problème. A recommander vivement
