Completely renovated 1 bedroom unit., full kitchen, W/D, A/C-Heating, furnished, relaxing located at the end of a cul de sac in a quite neighborhood. Suite is connected to the main house with it's own private entrance and parking space. Close to the 101 FWY and 9 Miles away from Malibu, PCH & Pepperdine University. Grocery stores close by are Trader Joe's, Costco, CVS. ) Many local restaurants are minutes away.
