The townhouse was spacious and clean. Liked that all three bedrooms had their own adjoining private bathrooms. Convenient location to pools and pickleball courts. Comfortable furniture.

This was our first time in St. George and we would love to stay here again. The property is in the perfect location right next to the pools and only a 10 minute drive from the Thuachan theater. I had two questions while I was there and they always answered the phone and were very prompt and helpful.

We had a great stay! The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the main pool, which made it easy to come and go throughout the day. The private hot tub was a huge highlight and perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The main living area was spacious and comfortable, great for hanging out together, and the Wii U added a fun bonus for gaming and downtime. We also loved that we had two grocery stores just a short drive away.

The house was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and nice-looking. The resort had two fun pools and two hot tubs which are heated year-round. Unfortunately, the weather was overcast and cold the days we were there, but were still able to swim. My kids (11-16) felt that the pools were better suited for younger children. I was surprised to find out that adults were not allowed on the slides - they are restricted to children 16 and under. It was very nice to have a private hot tub. If I am being honest, that is why I picked this property over others. The units are close together, so we could hear people talking in the backyard behind us, but the fence was high enough that we still had privacy. The management company was great with sending communication when it was needed, and it was very easy and seamless to follow the check-in and check-out instructions. The only negative about this place was the beds. The bed in the Primary bedroom was pretty terrible. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. But the absolute worst thing about the bed was how noisy it was! If you moved at all, the bed would moan and creak. My husband and I checked the other beds to see if we could switch to another room, but every single bed was noisy and creaky! We could not roll over or get up to go to the bathroom without waking ourselves and each other up. It made for multiple nights of terrible sleep. We went on vacation to be refreshed, and instead came home more tired than when we left.

Great Home!

We enjoyed everything the home and community had to offer! It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. Red Sands texted often and made sure everything was going well and asked if we needed any items which was appreciated! We would definitely book again!

Overall the house is as expected. Location is great with access to the amenities we were looking for. However, the linens (sheets, towels, shower curtains) are disgusting … these must be replaced! The bottom of the bunk beds are peeling off. My kids ended up sleeping together on twin beds because they were scared at the bottom with the peels of the top bunks. The hot tub is placed under a tree that kept on dropping leaves and flowers into it which made it unappealing to use. The BBQ started the smoke detector every time we used it. Make sure windows are shut before you open/handle the grill. And probably not our job to fold 20 towels as they were still drying we showed up …

Family Fun

The property is new and well kept. The neighborhood amenities are perfect for families. With so many accommodations for large groups parking is not a problem. We loved our stay and hope to return often.

We've come annually to St. George for years, and this is the best place we've stayed so far. The home was clean and well stocked. It was so nice to have ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom. But the real star of the place were the pools. We liked having multiple pool options, and especially loved the slides and lazy river. The shaded areas were high in demand - a few more pergolas would be nice. The pools and pool areas were clean and well-maintained.

This is a really nice place and a great neighborhood. Amazing pools, our only frustration is we tried to reach out to the management to see if we could check in early but never heard back even though we tried them a couple different times. In fairness, it was New Year’s Day so maybe they didn’t have enough staff.

St George Tuacahn family vaca 2023

It was a great location! we loved all the pools! The house was super nice. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Kept us cool from the heat as well. Kids also enjoyed pickelball.

Great Home with Perfect Access to Pools

Beautiful home! The accomodations were great and fit my family prefectly. We all had our own bathroom, bedroom, and lots of room for gathering and eating. We enjoyed the pools which were just a short walk to both. I do not have young children but my older children had the times of their lives! We had a great time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Perfect!

Absolutely loved our stay at this home! Perfect for a family get away especially if you have children. So many things close by without having to drive far. The pools were perfect for the kids to get some energy out. The house itself was well equipped with everything you could want. Service was excellent, quick and very accommodating. We would definitely recommend!
