We welcome you in a beautiful renovated apartment located on the ground floor of our house. It has two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) a kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with toilet. This small cocoon is located in the subdivision of a very calm and well denuded artisanal zone to 3 min by car of the town center and the funicular of Les Arcs for the winter and to 1 min of the international base of canoe-kayak, bases rafting and the bike path in summer ... Free parking, garden corner, wifi, ski locker ... You are also located less than 20 km from the ski resorts of La Rosière, Ste Foy Tarentaise, La Plagne 30 km from Tignes and Val d'Isere which allows you to discover every day a new ski resort!

Schöne praktikable Unterkunft

Saubere Unterkunft, praktisch eingerichtet, in Nähe der Stsndseilbahn zum Skigebiet Les Arc (5 min. Fahrzeit). Sehr netter Vermieter.

Simplicité et bonne humeur

Le propriétaire est vraiment sympa , donne des conseils sur les plans ski. L’accueil a été parfait avec une délicate attention. La location est très propre et bien équipée. Le déneigement du parking est assuré par le propriétaire. La propriété est a proximité du funiculaire. Les conditions de départ sont aussi sympas que celles d’arrivée. Excellente adresse.

Appartement calme et spacieux.

Accès facile ,à proximité du centre nautique.Parking voiture devant l'appartement. Sur le plan fournitures ménagères,très bien. Le +serait un petit aspirateur. Dans les placards ,des tringles de penderie,seraient appréciées. jL Soula

Comfortable, cosy and Luc, Laurence and their family are the nicest people!

Wonderful flat with good parking, facilities and situated just on the edge of the lovely town of Bourg St Maurice. Luc and Laurence did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and the flat was ready to live in straight away. Having stayed in the French Alps each season for the past 3 years, I can safely say that due to the hospitality of the owners this property was my favourite. The property was clean and well maintained and as it is a close distance to the bustling and quaint town centre of Bourg St Maurice; Supermarkets, ski hire, souvenir shops, the cinema, Patisseries and Cafe's aren't far away. The towns heavily connected train station and bus station is just around the corner too. If you have a vehicle with you, the main road (N90) that connects all of the resorts is within 5 minutes from the property so you can be skiing in either the 3 Valleys (Meribel, Courchevel), or in the opposite direction, the Espace Killy area (Val D'Isere, Tignes) all within an hour. However if you want to keep it local you can access the Funicular train that takes you to the Les Arcs resort within 5-10 minutes drive from the flat and be skiing in no time. A great location to sample all the different ski resorts. We were out in the French Alps as performing musicians for a little over a month and we were made to feel very welcome and felt at home in the flat within a very short amount of time. The beds were comfortable and linen was all provided. The kitchen had tea, coffee, and espresso machine all ready to go (which was an extremely welcome surprise for us after a 22 hour drive from South Devon in the UK!). There are enough pots and pans in the kitchen to cater for any meal which needs cooking. The property has a convenient outside shed to store ski and snowboard equipment. I would happily recommend this property to anyone.
