Ermine Idéalement placé prÚs des remparts et donc des parkings, il y a d'autres places a quelques...
Ermine Idéalement placé prÚs des remparts et donc des parkings, il y a d'autres places a quelques dizaines de mÚtres pour décharger les affaires facilement. Proche de tous les commerces, il est fonctionnel et la literie est top. La cuisine est trÚs pratique surtout que les restaurants autour ne sont pas tous donnés au regard de la qualité des plats. Les plaques de cuissons sont un peu lentes mais on s'y fait. Chambre sur la rue commerçante donc bruyante le matin quand ils nettoient ou qu'il y a un camion qui décharge mais nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour à St Malo en parti grùce à ce trÚs bon apparemment. On s'y est trÚs bien senti. Entrée et sortie de la location facile et rapide. Hote réactif, sympathique et clair.

Cependant, nous avons trouvĂ© lâappartement vieillot et manquant de charme en raison de lâentretien insuffisant et des fournitures de bas coĂ»t. La cuisine nâĂ©tait pas optimale, les fenĂȘtres mal isolĂ©es laissaient passer beaucoup de bruit, les horloges ne fonctionnaient pas, et la salle de bain nâĂ©tait pas suffisamment propre.
En revanche, lâagence intermĂ©diaire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs attentive et rĂ©active Ă nos besoins. Avec quelques rĂ©novation et un meilleur entretien, cet appartement pourrait vraiment briller. En lâĂ©tat, ces aspects doivent ĂȘtre pris en compte pour les futurs locataires."

Rares voitures dans la rue commerçante qui donne sur toutes les piÚces par contre beaucoup de monde passant et un peu bruyant mais pas dérangeant pour dormir.
Nombreux restaurants à proximité
et facile dâaccĂšs. Appartement propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©.
Quelques Ă©lĂ©ments Ă changer tel que le fer Ă repasser inutilisable et dĂ©bit de lâeau faible dans la douche.
Globalement satisfait et pourrait revenir pour une autre séjour."

đ The location is one of the best aspects of this property I.e. overlooking the high street, especially during the Christmas period (listening to Christmas music and seeing the Christmas lights). Nice high ceilings, great sized bath tub. The concierge was great, easy to contact when we needed to, quick to respond.
đ Thereâs nothing that we didnât like. For us the property was everything we expected and more."

TrĂšs bien placĂ© dans Saint-Malo intra muros. Peut ĂȘtre un peu bruyant aux heures d'activitĂ© du fait de l'emplacement et de l'absence de double vitrage, mais rien de trop gĂȘnant.
Arrivée trÚs facile, un membre de l'agence est présent sur place pour la présentation et les recommandations des commerces de proximité."

Seul petit point négatif : l'appartement est trÚs mal isolé des sons extérieurs. Mais la rue est calme la nuit, donc ce n'est qu'un problÚme mineur de

Ermine "Jâai passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans ce logement. Lâappartement paraĂźt encore plus grand en vrai que sur les photos. Il est trĂšs bien situĂ©, proche de tout (plage, restaurant, bus, âŠ).
Le prix demandé pour un logement aussi qualitatif est plus que raisonnable.
Les seuls points nĂ©gatifs seraient que lâon entend pas mal le bruit de la rue depuis la chambre donc si vous avez le sommeil lĂ©ger il peut ĂȘtre compliquĂ© de bien dormir et que le rĂ©seau wifi est extrĂȘmement lent.
A part ça, que du positif!
Câest pourquoi je le conseil vivement Ă toute personne voulant passer un bon sĂ©jour Ă Saint-Malo."
