Invigorating and relaxing stay in our luxurious apartment 50 m from the sea

Our apartment is very spacious (80 m2), bright and sunny with a very clear view. It is located in the Hermès residence, Ideally located 50 m from the beach and 2 minutes from the center of Sint-Idesbald. It consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms (2 beds of 1m80 and 1m60), a fully equipped American kitchen, a living room, a bathroom (bathtub + shower), a separate toilet and a laundry room. A small sunny balcony offers a breathtaking view of Sint-Idesbald.
Very well equipped, it has a flat-screen digital TV, a Telenet WIFI connection. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob + Novy extractor hood, a combined oven / microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher (all Miele ). Regular coffee machine + Nespresso.
A parking space in the courtyard is provided during the rental period (number 19)

Confort à deux pas de la plage

Vacances réunissant grands-parents et deux de leurs petits enfants (5 ans). Activités plages, cuistax, mer. Dommage que la météo fut fort capricieuse. Situation de l'immeuble idéale. Possibilité d'un parking privé très appréciée pour éviter les parkings payants assez onéreux à proximité de l'immeuble.

Das Appartment war super. Gross, hell und super eingerichtet. Der Empfang von Kathy war herzlich. Alle Geräte, Geschirr , Zimmer einfandfrei. Selten in einem so sauberem Zustand gemieteten Objekt Ferien verbracht. Auch die Schlüsselrückgabe durch Kathy's Sohn perfekt. Werde für Ende des Jahres wieder buchen.

Hervorragende Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, es fehlte nichts. Tolle Lage, aus der Tür raus direkt am Strand. Bäcker, Fischgeschäft, Metzger, Supermarkt, Obst- und Gemüsehändler sowie Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Auto parken und Urlaub genießen. Jederzeit wieder

Ein Lichtblick an der belgischen Küste

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sint Idesbald ist ein schöner Stadtteil und die Lage des Appartements zum Strand ist einfach gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. So etwas haben wir bisher selten erlebt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, nur die große Bettdecke war für uns ungewohnt. Es war die erste Wohnung, in der es auch ein Radio gab, herrlich. Noch besser wäre es allerdings, wenn es ins WLAN eingebunden wäre. Aber wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Und die 2 Fragen, die aufkamen, wurde super schnell beantwortet. Uns und auch unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und man hat zum Glück einen Parkplatz. Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar und man hat die Tram direkt vor der Tür, man braucht für den Aufenthalt kein Auto, das ist wirklich klasse. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, vielen Dank 👍

… habe ich in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist absolut hervorragend, die Betten super bequem und alles mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, inkl. mehrerer Stehlampen für jede gewünschte Lichtsituation. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfern – einziger Wermutstropfen ist der fehlende Meerblick. Dafür wird man man mit einem licht- und sonnendurchfluteten Wohnraum entschädigt. Wunderbar! Kommunikation und Abwicklung – sowohl mit der Vermieterin als auch der Agentur – waren völlig problemlos und jederzeit zuvorkommend. Vielen, vielen Dank für alles, liebe Barbara und Kathy!

Excellent séjour dans cette location lumineuse, confortable et bien équipée. Très appréciable quand la météo est capricieuse. 2 chambres avec lit de deux personnes. Très proche de la digue et des commerces. Très bonne et chaleureuse communication avec la propriétaire. Je recommande.
