The perfect cabin for your family or smaller group! Featuring one of the best views we've seen in a 2 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath cabin you will enjoy amazing views from both inside the cabin out. Gather inside in the great room with a 28 foot wall of glass and enjoy the gas fireplace while relaxing in your upgraded leather furniture. Shoot a game of pool in the loft game room. Prepare in cabin meals in your upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and then have family and friends join you at the dining table or breakfast bar for group meals.

Looking for something to accommodate those who have trouble with stairs? Both suite bedrooms and the kitchen are both on the main level and there are no entry steps. The decks accessible from the interior have 1-2 steps from the inside.

Enjoy your morning coffee on a porch rocker on your covered deck in front of some of the best views in the area. End the evening in your 101 degree hot tub.

The cabin features 2 king suites each with fireplace, flat screen TV and ensuite full bath with walk in shower. The loft game area has a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests.

Perfection with a View

We found the hose water to run out and the hot tub was not quite hot enough. But other than that, everything was perfect. The quality of each space was top notch. It's tough to find a place with comfy beds and lounge spaces, but this cabin was on point! We were there for my birthday weekend and I really wanted to lay down and watch a movie, and the living space accommodated us all so well. My son had fun with his own space and the pull out couch, which was also a next level piece of furniture. I will definitely seek this spot out again in the future!

While the pictures of the cabin were nice, when we arrived and walked inside, I was in awe of how beautiful it was. There was no way the pictures could capture how nice the cabin was. Everything and I mean everything was beautiful and clean. The furniture was very nice and all the appliances were top notch. Couldn’t have been any nicer. Management was at the top of there game by keeping us informed of everything I would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone.

Also we have been coming down to this area of Gatlinburg for 10 years now, usually renting a different cabin each year. Peak A View is located about 20 feet from the top of the mountain ridge with spectacular views. We even had mama and junior bear visit us when we were loading up to leave. Even with Hurricane Helene's eye making it directly over the cabin during the last half of our stay we had a great time with no issues. This is a beautiful cabin and is on our list of favorites to return to.

Lovely Stay at Peak a View

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is all about the views. Wow, are they gorgeous. The back of the cabin is floor to ceiling glass and the roof pitches up so you have unobstructed views of the Smokies from your high vantage point up in the hills. The Cobbly Nob area is quiet but it is about 15-20 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, so if you want to be in the heart of it all, this is not the cabin for you. But if you don't mind driving a bit to things, and love peacefulness and views, then it's perfect. I am picky with cleanliness and I would say that the cabin met my expectations - not exceeded them. I noticed dust and a few bugs underneath rugs when we moved them to sweep up some crumbs my boys left on the floor. There were a few critters (mostly centipedes) here and there but I think that comes with being in the mountains. My biggest issue was with the beds. The linens were scratchy and didn't feel 100% clean (please invest in higher quality, smooth linens). Also the mattress and pillows did not have protectors on them - it was just the mattress and the sheets and the pillow and the pillow cover. Again this would be fine for most people, but given the amount of people that stay here I would invest in protectors to prevent bed bugs, etc. This grossed me out a bit. Also, it felt like they didn't wash the comforter between stays. I don't know for sure that they didn't clean it, but it was huge and wouldn't fit in the washing machine, so I assume that they don't take it out to be cleaned b/w visits. The extra blankets available didn't seem 100% clean either. Other than that, the cabin was tidy. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked in it several times. Laundry was great. Grill and hot tub were great. The one thing that irked me was when we arrived there was an envelope for a tip for the cleaning person. The cleaning fee was included in our stay. Would we stay here again? Yes. Would give it 5 stars were it not for the linens on the beds. Only thing to improve upon IMO.

Funny to get a bunch of city folk being amazed with the scenery and seclusion. Even the drive up was an experience in a 15 passenger van. Alot of nervous giggling and gasps as we navigated the tight turns. Man it was a good time. This is the 2nd time I used Elk Springs Resort and both times I've been very pleased.

We spent as much time as we could on the deck soaking it in. The cabin was clean, kitchen had everything you need and the fire pit area was a perfect end to an evening. You do need to bring your own fire wood. There are a few local marts to stock up on wood and basic food items. The cabin is 15 minutes away from the strip of things to do (i.e. sky bridge, anakeesta, etc.). Staff were extremely helpful and available (responded quickly to texts). There is a stretch of uphill roads to get to this cabin but there is a flat driveway to park once you get there. Caught a glimpse of a bear on the way down on day 1. Overall, highly recommend! Hope to get back to this one!

Peak a View cabin is by far our most favorite of them all. Beautiful cabin, layout was very well done and was well maintained. Beautiful views, we had one morning we took a postcard perfect picture of a beautiful smokey mountain sunrise, more than just gorgeous. We also had gorgeous weather. Definitely will be a cabin we will come back to and would recommend it to anyone. We had one maintenance issue with the hot tub when we first arrived. After we called them their crew arrived in a very timely manner about 1 1/2 hours later to fix the problem, no further problems occurred. It was our anniversary the week we were there and we went to The Greenbriar Restaurant for supper, little pricey but exceptionally good food and of course we had to visit Sugarlands and Old Smokies to taste their new flavors of moonshine.We usually come mid September but would like to visit late October early November to see the leaves in full color. We love to come back to the mountains to relax.

This cabin ranks in the top few for cleanliness, view, driveway, support from rental company and overall great experience. Our friends from Russia joined us and had a wonderful time. This trip was a little rest and relaxation after a 3 month 46 show tour with the band. It was the perfect place and setting. Highly recommend.
