Villa with panoramic view with 3 bedrooms and beach at 3mn walk
100 sqm villa, newly renovated, with garden and palm, without any vis-à-vis, located in a cul de sac, panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio, the Sanguinaires and the peninsula of isolella but also of the mountains .
The beach is 3 minutes on foot with the beautiful hut Agnarellu and Agosta.
A terrace with dining area and integrated barbecue and a 2nd terrace with private pool of 8mx 5m with sunbathing bordered with a lot of trees and flowers.
Everything is brand new, nice decoration, bedding, bed linen and toilet towels are of beautiful hotel quality!
3 double rooms with A/C with 160x200 beds (one can be converted into 2 single), with brand new frames and matresses are amazing !
2 brand new bathrooms with walk-in shower, 2 basins and toilet suspended for one, , 1 sink and washing machine for the 2nd one (with view on the sea !)
1 separate toilet
Open living space on the terrace with a large opening bay of 5 meters to be completely open
Modern and new kitchen open to the living room fully equipped
TNT TV and wifi
A bungalow brand new is available in the garden as an option (500€ per week) with double bed and air conditioning (no water point)

Perfektes Haus für Familie mit 3 Kindern. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. Schöner Strand zu Fuß erreichbar. Traumhafter Blick von Terrasse auf die Bucht von Ajaccio . Fantastisch zuvorkommende Gastgeber da wir am ersten Tag früh morgens sofort das Haus beziehen konnten und am letzten Tag bis Abends im Haus bleiben konnten.
