Relax on the Ranch…..HOT TUB, SHEEP

Relax in the country! Located on a large property, enjoy the view while watching the animals in the pasture. Plenty of space for a family; four bedrooms and two and a half baths. Primary has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has two twin XL adjustable beds together, bedroom 3 one full and bedroom 4 has twin size bunk beds. A fully stocked home with all modern amenities; dishwasher, washer and dryer. Keep warm in the winter with a pellet stove for those cold winter nights. Plenty of parking in a large circular driveway.

Short distance from amazing hiking, skiing, mountain biking and the local race track. Experience all seasons on the ranch. Winter in Stevens Pass, spring and summer on the bike and hiking trails or enjoy a float down the Skykomish River. Play all day and relax on the large desk or the hot tub later.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash day is Tuesday morning. If you depart on Sunday or Monday kindly take the cans to the street. Please wash all the dishes and take the food with you or throw it away before you depart.
Please make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any alcohol, garbage, broken glass or bodily fluids of any kind in or around the hot tub a professional fee of $125 will be imposed, no exceptions.
Replace the spa cover after each use. The area can get windy especially in fall. If you are there in fall or winter please use straps.
Animals of any kind being brought on site will result in a cancellation of reservation.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Stunning Views & Thoughtful Touches"Our family stayed at Relax on the Ranch for a weekend in August to celebrate my daughter’s and my birthdays—and it was absolutely flawless! The country views were even more breathtaking than the photos, and the spotless, modern interior made us feel at home instantly.Highlights:Ideal for families or couples: The kitchen was fully equipped (we cooked daily!).Outdoor bliss: The patio (with its peaceful swing), pristine hot tub, and basketball hoop (a hit at sunrise and sunset) made every moment memorable.Serene setting: Watching sunsets from the patio became our nightly ritual—pure magic! Note: This is a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxation but not suited for loud groups.Gracious host: Sarah was responsive and welcoming. (A special apology for not mentioning my service dog ahead of time—that was entirely my oversight, and I sincerely regret any inconvenience it may have caused.)Minor note: A couple of exterior lights were out at dusk (they auto-turn on at dawn), but it didn’t detract from the stunning views.Thank you, Sarah, for a truly perfect getaway

Why they chose this property

Sultan was chosen due to its location and large property. Close proximity to Stevens Pass and located within 15 minutes of Snohomish. The neighborhood has grown since we came to town.

What makes this property unique

Sultan Ranch is a private large home with an expansive yard and a pasture with Shetland sheep grazing.
