The property offers spectacular mountain vistas and a serene riverside setting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed location, which featured remarkable scenery. The host provided excellent support throughout our visit, and the property was thoughtfully organized, making it easy to access all necessary amenities.

The view from this location is amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. The sauna was great! The hot tub has a back massage in one of the seats and it was marvelous. All around just a wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved this peaceful spot overlooking the South Fork. The house was spotlessly clean and has been lovingly updated while still feeling very homey and personal. The beds are so comfy and it was such a treat to fall asleep to the white noise of the river each night. Note that the train does run through the neighborhood, so there is occasional train noise - however, this house is almost as far away from the tracks as you're going to find in this community so the noise was minimal. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The location of this house, and the views from the hot tub, were fabulous. The house was well kept and very nice. The host was responsive and helpful. We did find the house to be a lot smaller than we expected from the listing description and photos--two of the three rooms were closet sized (just a double bed and barely room for the door to open) and didn't seem like full bedrooms given the size and the lack of fire alarms, etc. The house would really struggle to accommodate 8 people (as a group of 5, it felt very very tight). The amazing and big outdoor space helped though.

The cabin and amenities were nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The only negative is how busy the road and neighborhood are. There was constant non-stop traffic.

Fantastic Stay

We loved this cabin! The views we woke up to were amazing. My husband and I enjoyed the sauna every morning before our coffee which was the perfect way to start the day. We did a day trip to Leavenworth and other spots to hike. Highly recommend this cabin as the host was also very accommodating.

Great spot

Roomy enough for 4 adults & 2 kids with comfy beds/mattresses. Utilized the grill, hot tub, sauna, firepit, & gazebo — all were great to have available. Big sideyard (property is on oversized lot) & deck were nice outdoor spaces. River setting & easterly mountain view are beautiful and peaceful.

Cabin was nice, similar to pictures but not equipped to handle guests. 25 hours after there the equipment that provided water for the house failed. So there was no running water for anything in the middle of nowhere. The host was aware of the part failing. So we abruptly had to leave and yet were refunded only about one third of what we paid for an awful experience. Be aware anything that can go wrong in your stay and the same will happen. To you. Awful customer service from the site.

Katie, I’m very sorry the water system failed during your stay. Losing running water is a major inconvenience, especially at a river cabin, and I understand why you chose to leave early. Once we were notified, we acted quickly and the system was restored promptly after your departure. We refunded the unused nights and half of the cleaning fee. The remaining platform fees and taxes are controlled by Vrbo, not the host, which limited what we could refund directly. This was an unexpected equipment failure, not our normal guest experience, and the cabin’s water system has since been repaired and verified. We take guest comfort seriously and regret that your stay was affected.

Gorgeous property and comfortable stay

We loved this cabin! Saving it to come back in the future. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Cabin was clean and well stocked. Thoughtful touches thru out, such as pet/baby gates inside on the stairs and blocking off the porch exits.

Amazing view and very nice family-friendly cabin!

A very good place to stay, I’m already thinking of coming back - amazing view right from the property, everything is clean, interior is fresh, also, hot tub, sauna, grill, and fire pit - all in very good condition! and even some baby-proofing!There has been a couple of smaller issues like toilet tank sometimes failing to fill up or hot tub filters temporary issue. However, the host, Nate, was very responsive, he helped us, and was very nice to talk to. These things were minor and hadn’t influence our stay much, so I’d definitely recommend the place!

Hey man, hot tubs are tricky sometimes! And thanks for the heads up on the toilet, we immediately replaced the inter workings after your stay. We’re looking forward to you coming back and letting us redeem ourselves for that 10 review.

Birthday getaway

This cabin was everything we imagined! My boyfriend and I took 3 days off to spend two nights in this lovely cabin and it was the perfect time to detach from our lives and slow down a little bit. The mountain scape and the river are breath-taking. You can see and/or hear the river from every inch of the property. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, we made breakfast and grilled one evening and had everything we needed. The hottub and fire pit also added another quality time and activity we could enjoy together. Have you ever sat in a steamy tub while watching the river go by and admiring the snowy mountains cape? The property had plenty of space to explore, the beds were heavenly comfy. We had a comfy cozy movie night and threw rocks in the river from the platform below the gazebo at water level: we loved it and can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely STUNNING outside and inside!

I’ve stayed at plenty of VRBO’s in the past in Washington and this one by far surpasses any that I have stayed in! The details matter, and they thought of everything for our stay. The check in process was very easy to use and we didn’t have any problem getting into the location. I went with my two kids for college visits and we purposely stayed a little further out so that they could see a little bit of what Washington has to offer and man were. They impressed too. You are still close enough to Seattle if you’re wanting to have that city life visit, but if you’re looking to relax and have an enjoyable time with your family and disconnect this is the place for you! I can’t wait for us to be back in the summer and see what beauty holds then. We did have a rainy day there, but it’s still was beautiful. I felt very safe and secure in the location as well as you have to have a code to get into the “subdivision”. My kid said that this was the best place that we stayed out during our whole visit and I definitely agree with them. The host were very nice and very responsive, which is refreshing to see. The hot tub was a great bonus on a rainy day. We sadly were not able to do the fire pit, but we definitely took advantage of the hot tub. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us. Secretly, I’m sad to share this amazing visit we had here as it just means more people will be going and harder to book. Fall was beautiful and the summer visit we do I sure will be just as beautiful.

Yes and No

I stayed at this house with my family that included two adults and two children. Pros:-Absolutely stunning location-House is cozy and well laid outCons:-It's not very private: many houses nearby and across river-The water in the house went out around 10 pm one night. Nathan was responsive but we spent 1.5 hrs getting water back. Nathan offered to have someone come or teach us how. The water for the home is pulled from the river. The river was low and the pipe to pull the water was exposed and thus, shut the pump down. In order to get water back into the house (so we could use the bathroom in this not-very-secluded area), my husband had to climb down a sketchy ladder to get to the river and walk into the river about waist-deep in order to effectively re-submerge the pipe. Then Nathan walked us through how to restart the pump. During this exchange, it became clear that this is a recurring problem. Although we understand that river levels can change, we lost our patience and understanding once we learned that this was a known problem. My husband happens to work in the water industry and knows how to restructure this system so that this problem does not keep occurring. We expect functional water systems when we rent a property. I am thankful that I do not have mobility issues nor was I traveling alone with children. These circumstances would have made fixing the water myself challenging. We rented this property after a stressful winter and wanted to relax...not work.

Hi Juliana, thank you for leaving such valuable feedback. Since we are still new to hosting, we are constantly improving our guest experience and working out the water inlet line is on the list toward the top. Now that water levels are dropping some with the snow melt off we will be able to effectively secure the water inlet to ensure this problem doesn’t happen again. We look forward to the opportunity of potentially having you back again and making it right. Reach out beforehand and we’ll offer you a discount.
