In the warmer months, you can walk straight across the street to float the river — it’s a neighborhood entrance and exit, so you’re in the water in minutes :) Whether you’re chasing snow, trail views, or a cozy retreat by a fire, this is the perfect launch pad for it all.

We come here to get outside, slow down, and spend time together—usually some mix of hiking, mountain biking or skiing, being by the river, and doing a whole lot of nothing by the fire, inside or out :)

We’re relatively new owners, but it’s quickly become one of our favorite places to be. We’re really glad we get to share it.

Why they chose this property

We love how this area feels tucked away in nature, but still easy to get to.

You’re close to seriously amazing trails, the river bends beautifully right across the street with the perfect one hour float right in the neighborhood, and Stevens Pass is just 15 minutes up the road. It’s the kind of place where you can spend the day outside and then come back and fully unwind.

That balance is what drew us here—and what keeps us coming back.

What makes this property unique

The cabin is designed to feel easy to settle into—cozy, comfortable, and set up for both relaxing and enjoying the outdoors year round.

You’ve got a hot tub, a wood-burning stove, and a projector for movie nights, plus a fully stocked kitchen if you feel like staying in. And with the generator, you don’t have to worry about power outages interrupting your stay.

More than anything, it’s a place that works just as well for a cozy weekend in as it does for an active trip outside.
