This beautiful 3300+ square foot villa is absolutely breathtaking. Located on the fifth floor of an oceanfront building in Las Mananitas, the first thing you see when you step in the front door is a panoramic view of the ocean through a sliding glass door that spans the length of the dining and family room. The balcony extends the entire width of the condo with direct access from each bedroom and the family room.

This condo has 3 bedrooms, 2-King Bed Master Suites with walk-in closets and Jetted tubs, TV's with satellite to US channels. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds, a TV and dvd player, and is located directly across the hall from the main bath. The unit also includes a private laundry room, water purifier, zoned, air conditioning, a blow up queen mattress, a play-pen crib, plus more. Professionally decorated, this unit is absoutely beautiful.

About 20 minutes from the airport on toll road, getting here couldn't be any easier. There are onsite concierge, maid, and spa services. There are three swimming areas containing huge pools and hot tubs available to the guests at Las Mananitas. One of the pools being a salt water pool. Just a couple minute walk to the nearby La Comer store and shopping area, it is easy to run over and grab something to fill up the refridgerator with. The restaurants in San Jose are fantastic, make sure you try out Morgans. If you would rather stay in and cook there is a Costco about 25 minutes away.

Our stay at the villa over the holidays was wonderful. The villa was beautiful, with a well stocked kitchen. The view of the ocean every morning and evening was so nice. The check in /check out was easy. The use of the suburban was an extra bonus. The host was prompt and responsive to questions. I would highly recommend to stay! DHasen

great location. fabulous view. condo itself was very nice. there were/are some small issues that were overlooked. this didn't detract from our stay though. the owner ought to fix/repair them.

Lovely stay

We spent 3 weeks at this property and everything was wonderful. The only downside was having to go home. The condo is very roomy and the lanai was huge (where we spent most of our time). The view of the ocean was beautiful. Well equipped although we never cooked in the condo as we chose to try the wonderful restaurants in Cabo and San Jose. You can walk to San Jose or for a small fee ride the local bus which picks you up at the condo entrance Very secure and we felt very safe. The pools are well maintained we and never had to fight for a spot. The grounds are so beautiful and gardeners are working daily. We go to San Jose annually and this is by far our new favorite place. Loved it!

Location Location Location

We have stayed in San Jose del Cabo five times and this was by far the best Location and Condo. A beautiful view overlooking the magnificent pool and ocean. We enjoyed eating breakfast out on the huge balcony. Very well furnished and perfect for six people. Grilling food by the pool in the evening was fun. The owners were very good to work with. Lots of bars, restaurants and bakery's to choose from. Enjoyed golf at nearby Campestre golf club seen from the rear of the Condo. Played Pickle ball and putting on site. Excellent Gym available. The Mega supermarket is within walking distance. Loved the beach at Palmilla. For a special treat have lunch at the One and only Palmilla hotel overlooking the bay Visit the Organic market for local crafts and delicacies. Turtles were spotted coming on to the beach to nest. We also saw the babies being released on the beach. A short walk along the beach is Mama Mia's perfect for HAPPY HOUR and Dinner. Downtown was vibrant and has an Art walk on a Thursday night. Use of a car was a bonus although taxi's, Uber and buses are plentiful. Enjoy!

Cabo Luxury

There were a few minor issues which didn’t meet expectations, but overall the property was lovely and beautifully furnished. The location was charming. The property management was closed for 3 days after our arrival. The owner fixed everything except we were told he didn’t authorize a new water filter for the refrigerator which was expired. I loved the pools and proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants. The terrace was stunning and we enjoyed a lot of time out there. Thanks for a great stay and experience.

Great Spot

The facility was perfect for our stay. It was close to the stores and restaurants and only a bus/Uber/cab ride from downtown. We had wondered about a rental car and were glad that we didn’t get one as it wasn’t needed. It was very reasonable so to go to Cabo San Lucas which we did one day. The resort is extremely well maintained and the condo was excellent. Would stay here again

First trip to San José Cabo

This had to have been one of the best experiences ever renting from VRBO. The condo was superb! As others have stated, pictures cannot begin to describe the overwhelming views from every room and how marvelously furnished and equipped the home was. The owners have done an outstanding job! Communication with the owners was excellent. We never really had any questions or concerns. The ground were immaculate. Heated pools were exceptionally clean and we never had issues in trying to find time to use the tennis court. The home was equipped with more than I’ve ever experienced. Kitchen was fully equipped and bedrooms were extremely spacious as well as closet space. I honestly can’t think of anything to suggest to make the place better. It was far better than any 5 star accommodation ever experienced. Will definitely return and we are thankful to the owners for providing such a great accommodation and experience!

Awesome week!! Terrific Condo!!

We were in Cabo for the Ironman 70.3 and couldn't have chosen a better spot! The condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and well appointed, with so many special touches, including all of the kitchen appliances you could want, and lots and lots of beach/pool towels. We had some minor questions, and Lloyd the owner was so prompt in his reply, it was a pleasure working with him. The beach was awesome, you do have to be careful about the tides. The pools were also great, and never crowded. We will definately look forward to coming back!!!

Breathtaking

My husband, 3 children (11, 9 and 2) and I spent 9 days at this property in June. It was absolutely breathtaking. There is no way to describe the space that will fully give it justice. When we opened the door to the condo the first time we could not believe how spacious and beautiful it was. There are 2 oversized master bedrooms on each end of the condo. Each had a king sized bed and a fold out couch. Both include a huge master closet, and a large bathroom with shower and jet tub. The smaller room had 2 full sized beds and a bathroom with a shower across the hall. There was a full sized laudry room stocked with beach and bath towels, detergent, and other necessities. The living area was to die for. The large open space that overlooked the ocean could not be replicated. It was perfect for us to cook, watch tv (on the very rare occasion), and spend time together. The balcony is way larger than the pictures look. It stretches the length of the condo and is exceptionally wide. The home had so many necessities i can't even list them. I will try: Pack n play, pool toys, life jackets, beach necessities, coolers, kitchen seasonings, all kitchen tools and pans, extra bedding...the list goes on. I have stayed at many VRBO's but this one was the most fully stocked. The pool and grounds were perfectly maintained with very little traffic. Any time we were at the pool there was no more than one other family or couple there. It is in a great location in San Jose. At the end of the hotel "strip" but in perfect walking distance. We drove to the grocery store but you could easily walk. It is just a couple blocks away. One issue we had with the location of the condo is that it is right next to a public access. Locals tended to hang out near the beach entrance in the evening and play loud music. It only bothered us one night because it got too loud and late. We spent time in downtown San Jose. The resurants are amazing and the shopping was fun. We also hit up quite a few really great local beaches. I read a lot that there wasn't any beaches to swim at but we easily found 3 right near our condo. While you are there take the time to go to Flora Farms, expecially on a Tuesday. You will need to make reservations and it is pricy but completely beautiful. Even if you don't eat at the resturant take time just to walk the grounds. We absolutely expect to come back.

Wonderful property in a wonderful location.

As other reviewers have said, this place is amazing! It is better than the pictures. It is a quality condo in an excellent location. The complex's grounds were kept perfect. The staff at the complex were polite, courteous, and attentive. The view is amazing. We watched whales breaching on 2 days and could see them from the lanai on most days. The location is very good. We walked to the well-stocked grocery store at least once a day. The beach is nice right out front. Although the red flags were flying every day (a resident said in the 5 years they've lived there, it's always been red), the beach was calm with low shore breaks about half the time. It wasn't calm enough to paddle board (for us novices) at that beach until the last day. It's a large beach so plenty of room. Not really a swimming beach, but we drove to two other public beaches (Chileno and Santa Maria) that both had pretty good snorkeling, nice amenities, and lifeguards. The place is pretty big and absorbed our group of 4 adults and 4 kids (aged 6-8) well. The only real negative was that we had to leave at the end of the week. But we are all planning on a return trip. It was truly amazing!

Most amazing condo with everything we could have asked for and more.

We stayed as a family of four with a 9 year old and a 16 month old. The condo could not have been in a better location with the grocery store only a 5-10 minute walk away. We have never stayed in a VRBO that was this well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and also some beach toys for the kids. The condo was so much bigger than the photos even show and was in excellent condition, clean, and had the most amazing views. The amenities on site were awesome to keep the kids busy and we had the pools to ourselves almost the whole time. The swim beaches were not a very far drive and there was also a little kids park 5 minutes walking distance from us. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet stay. Perfect for a couple or for families. The host was also excellent in communication and getting back to us right away. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Exceeded all expectations!

Our family and our best friends stayed at this lovely, well appointed and spacious property. We cannot recommend it highly enough— from the incredible view and veranda, ability to open up the entire living area to the sea, best coffee maker ever, great swimming pools and pristine complex— absolutely no complaints! The owner was also great to work with.

BEAUTIFUL!!!

We loved our stay at Las Mananitas! This condo was so beautiful! The large patio was one of the best parts!! We got up early most mornings to watch the sunrise on the patio! We were walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants! Habaneros and Cynthia's were favorites! Lloyd, the condo owner, was very nice and easy to work with! Thank you for sharing your home with us! Hope to come back in a couple years!

Paradise Found!!

My husband and I and another Washington couple stayed at Las Mananitas this February and everyday we woke up to the beautiful Sea of Cortez with plentiful whale sightings, views of the pools, blue skies and palm trees. What a stunning unit and so tastefully decorated. The rooms are large and the beds are so comfortable. My husband remarked many times that this was the most relaxing vacation ever!! Walks down the beach and sleeping to the sounds of the crashing waves were a treat. It really is funny seeing grown women giggling about "I can't believe we get to stay here!" Cannot think of anything extra we could hope for, except to stay for a month or so. So grateful to the owners to open their home away from home so we could enjoy. Mucho Gracias!!

Simply Beautiful!

First of all, if you are looking for all-inclusive, this is not the place for you, as there is no restaurant or bar service on the premises. We have stayed at many places throughout Mexico, but none of them have been as beautiful as Las Mananitas. We stayed in a 3-bedroom (3503) that had incredible views from every room.....miss it already! The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The pools were wonderful as well. There is a swim up bar in all of the pools, with icemakers, sinks, and refrigerators so that you can bring your own food/drink and have a pool party. The Mega store is a few minutes walk up the street if you want to buy groceries and wagons are provided to tote them back. The staff at Las Mananitas are very friendly and helpful. Nice indoor gym, putting green by one of the pools, and outdoor tennis/basketball court.....rackets and balls provided. The location is great. On the beach, close to town, the bus stops right in front (7 pesos to go into the center of town). Stayed in August of 2010, just forgot to give a review.

Amazing

We just came back from Las Mananitas last night. I couldn't recommend this place enough. The pictures do not capture it's beauty. The view from every room is breathtaking. Everything is decorated perfectly, and they have everything you can think of, from kitchen ware, to beach toys. My family and I enjoyed this place very much. The owner was a pleasure to work with...Can't wait to come back!

WOW Factor!!!!

We have traveled throughout Mexico and stayed in multiple condos and resorts, this place beat all others hands down! The location, view, amenities and beach were all spectacular. They have taken such wonderful care of these features and it shows. The pictures don't do it justice. You will not be disappointed. We don't have one negative comment and are already planning our return. All the 5 star reviews are for a reason. We have highly recommended this to our friends and family.

Excellent condo in San Jose del Cabo

We rented this condo for a 4 day fishing trip. The place was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. We have always stayed in hotels in the past, but after this renting this penthouse condo we will never stay in a hotel again. The condo has excellent views of the ocean and pool area, its huge and very tastefully decorated, you can walk to the Mega supermarket and its a short drive to downtown San Jose. The complex has excellent amenities (health club, multiple pools, outdoor grills, and great beach access). The owner is easy to work with and keeps the place in great condition. I highly recommend and would happily rent again on my next trip to Cabo.

Las Mananitas is a great complex and ideally situated on the beach but very close to the super market, restaurants and downtown San Jose. The unit is large and easily accommodated our party of 9. The 5th floor balcony provides impressive views and is large enough to entertain all guests on the terrace. The unit is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The owner has provided many pool and beach floats, chairs and toys. I rented the owners vehicle which is kept in a garage on the property and found it to perfectly match our needs. The grounds are immaculate and the 24 hour security makes you feel at ease. The owner is easy to contact and wants you to enjoy his property. You will love staying here!

One of the best places we have stayed

The was our first time is this particular condo but our third in the complex. It was a fantastic experience. The owner was great to work with. The condo was beautifully decorated and so clean and perfectly located for the maximum view of the ocean. The grounds are so nice and well cared for. We had our entire family there with four kids and we had all kinds of room. It is so close to the Mega store which is great because we run there almost every day for something. The security and maintenance people are so nice and helpful if we needed anything. I would recommend for anyone who wants a nice relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting.

Spacious, comfortable property with beautiful views!

This condo is a great spot for a relaxing vacation. It has lovely views of the sea and shore. Whale watching can be done right from your own balcony. Bring binoculars! We had a lot of enjoyment seeing whales breaching nearby. We often spent the afternoon on the huge balcony lunching, reading, napping and just taking in the beauty of the surroundings. There are well-maintained pools with a hot tub as well as a very quiet beach right in front of the unit. The condo is so spacious that everyone is able to have their privacy. It is located a short walk from shopping, a few great restaurants and two golf courses. It had everything we needed for our winter getaway. We have already recommended this property to others looking for accommodations in San Jose del Cabo.

We live in Washington state near our 8 grown up and married children and 32 grandchildren who all love and serve the Lord. February, 2011 will be our 46th wedding anniversary which we plan to celebrate in Mexico.

Why they chose this property

We love it in Baja Mexico because you are almost guaranteed perfect weather. We have been going there about 4 times a year since 2004 for one to three weeks at a time and have only had one trip that we had any rain at all and that time we had showers two days. Every morning there you wake up to a beautiful sunrise and warm weather. The local people are very friendly and helpful if you need anything. The food there is excellent and very reasonable.

What makes this property unique

We love to wake up to a beautiful sunrise and walk or jog the beach, play tennis, or set on the deck overlooking the pools and ocean where we often see whales and other fish. We enjoy the quiet town of San Jose where there is excellant food and restaurants whereas if you prefer the nightlife it is only 25 minutes to Cabo San Lucas.
