Location, Location, Location! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2nd story condo has space for 10. Condo is located a few hundred yards from Nottingham Lake, across the street from the Avon Rec Center, and in the center of the town of Avon at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. Walking distance to many restaurants. Condo complex offers free skier shuttle to Beaver Creek and Vail.
Pool and 3 hot tubs and all new furniture and linens are just a few of the amazing things about this unit. Come stay!

While it was a very short stay, we really enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. We would definitely consider it in the future if we have the opportunity—it’s a beautiful area and great for young families as well as older folks! Loved the surroundings and my early morning runs!

Great Stay

We were there for pre-Christmas weekend. Plenty of space for our large family and yet cozy and warm to make it feel like home away from home for the holidays! Had all supplies needed. The hot tub right out the door after a long, cold day of snowmobiling definitely a plus! Will look forward to staying here again whenever bringing our family back!

So spacious and clean!

This property was very clean. It has very comfortable beds and bedding. Towels were soft and smelled so clean. The bedrooms, living area and kitchen fit our two families of 5 (10 people total) comfortable.

Our extended family of ten made this condo our base for exploring the Vail Valley and a beautiful wedding at Camp Hale. Quite and extremely contfrontable unit. Easy parking and within walking distance of lake and local shops. Hot tub outside unit, pool and larger hot tub in next building. Unit is well equipped.

Overall good stay

Loved the location and how many beds this property provided. Only critiques are that the fans in the bedroom closets didn’t work, oven let off a lot of smoke when we preheated it (ended up not using the oven because of this) and the refrigerator was not cold and our food was warm after being in there. Overall a good stay and would book again.

Great condo for summer vacation

We had a great time up in Avon. The condo was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. I liked the fact each of us had our own room and bathroom. The Summer Wednesday Concert series was an added bonus located at Nottingham Park with a lake to walk around and fun things to do there. There was a Hot Tub right next to our condo which was a plus. It was separate from the pool and hot tub others used. The host quickly answered any questions I had.

Good location, spacious, convenient to have W/D in the unit. Easy access to parking lot and plenty of parking availability. Host and support staff were easy to work with and responsive. Some kitchen pans were in rough shape, scratched non-stick pans are concerning and the only large pan was too warped for use on the stove so consider bringing pans depending on your cooking. All other kitchen and cooking items were great. Large fridge with ice maker was a nice treat. Would stay again.

Perfect Location and Accommodations

This was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. It was within walking distance to the park, aquatic center, and lake. I appreciated the high quality toilet paper and hand soaps. Property management responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great place for ski trip

Came here for Christmas ski vacation. We chose this place because it has the most number of beds which we needed for our family. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Convenient location, quick response, would definition stay here again.

Our condo is a place we love very much, and spend as much time as possible visiting. We have owned in this complex for 6 plus years, but recently upgraded to this 3 bedroom unit. We needed more space to share it with our friends and family.
When we are not visiting our own condo, we travel often around the world and as such we are not just hosts, but also users of VRBO. We have learned many things along the way and hope to be excellent hosts for you!

Why they chose this property

Along with it's fabulous location, we have updated the carpet, furniture, paint, and linens in our unit. We did a complete overhaul in the summer of 2019 so you will reap the benefits of the new furnishings when you come for a visit.

What makes this property unique

This unit is in a fabulous condo complex located right on Lake Nottingham, Harry A Nottingham park and Amphitheater. Along with this public space comes a beach, dock, expansive, brand new children's play area, walking paths, and much more. Throughout the summer months there are many events hosted in and around the amphitheater, making this unit an ideal place to spend your summer activities.
