Less than 10 miles east is the White Water Amphitheater, which is a hot spot for Major Artists like Willie Nelson and Pat Green plus bands and music of all genres. Historic Gruene and New Braunfels is a short 20 minute drive that can't be missed. While in Gruene,
you can shop all the local shops, enjoy an ice cream cone, and then visit the Gristmill for lunch or go two-stepping at the Historic gruene Dance Hall. Michael, with John Travolta was filmed there. While in New Braunfels, you can enjoy the world's greatest water park,Schlitterbahn, or plop a tube down in the Comal River that is crystal clear and stays 72 degrees
year round.
