Welcome to the Chevène!
Located in the centre of Annecy, Avenue de Chevène, 100m from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the Bonlieu theatre, the lake and close to all shops.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, discover a charming apartment, completely renovated with 2 balconies.
Ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, it consists of a separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a large living/ living room.
Although located in the city centre, the quiet of your nights will be ensured by double glazing.

The room opening onto a first balcony is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size), and plenty of storage
The living room has a sofa bed 140x190 cm (Double) and a TV with international channels.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
Sanitary protocol 100% applied.

🅿️The nearest car parks are the Post Office car park and the Sainte Claire car park both located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay (2 car parks nearby: Gare & Parking La Poste).
Bike rental nearby (a beautiful bike path runs around the lake)

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.

Logement proche du centre, vieille ville et lac à pied, très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Petit bémol pour le bruit.. rue passante, beaucoup de circulation, sûrement dû à la proximité de la gare.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Annecy l’appartement est très bien situé dans la ville tous commerce à proximité a pied et à 5 mns du lac. Situé au 2 eme étage avec ascenseur, j’ai été surprise par la propreté tous le linge était comme neuve tél un hôtel. C’est très agréable et pareil pour tous les ustensiles de cuisine casserole four etc... le seul point négatif je dirai que c’est qu’il n’y a pas de place de parking, mais une fois une place trouvé dans la rue le parking n’est pas cher, et la proximité de la gare on entend même les annonce de la gare lol mais il y a quand même un bon double vitrage. Pour ma part je reviendrai si j’en ai l’occasion
