The bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a sofa bed for one person. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a coffee machine, a raclette machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

bonne semaine
l'appartement est très bien situé et calme. Le double vitrage c'est bien mais dommage qu'il est été posé sur l'ancien bâtit car le froid passe surtout dans la salle.
Le matelas est trop ferme à notre goût .L'appartement est très fonctionnel , on se croirait à la maison....une décoration un peu plus moderne le mettrait d'avantage en valeur. Merci à Nicolas pour son professionnalisme et son bon accueil.
