Explore the town centre with its bustling market, cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This flat sleeps 5 people and is located on the 2nd floor (no lift).

The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has bunk beds, and the living room has a sofa bed.
The flat is equipped with a TV, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Senseo coffee machine and a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.

Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and tea towels.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance; you won’t need a car for the duration of your stay.
The lake is a 10-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path all the way round the lake).

🅿️ The flat is located on a pedestrianised street. Parking is available in the neighbouring streets (pay-and-display during the day but free in the evenings and on Sundays) or at the Sainte Claire underground car park, which offers parking passes.

Beautiful classic apartment right in the center of old town. You are on the street the farmers market is set up. Easy walkability to all things and about a 10 minute walk to the lake directly. Communication was slow until we more closely approached our arrival date but then very helpful getting us details like confirming access to fans. The home was very very hot but this is to be expected for a historic home with no AC during unprecedented heat. A reminder for us all to do to everything we can for our planet - not a reflection on the apartment ( no AC was clearly communicated). Beautiful touches and plenty of space for a family of 3. The front bunk room overlooks the street so that room can hold lots of street noise at night but the back larger room remained a quieter respite. Thank you !

Great location, easy to get in and up the stair case. Nice apartment, foldable bunk beds worked out. Cleaning lady was super pissed at 9:56am that she couldn't get in as we were already packed up and leaving at 10:00am sharp. That was really strange and rude but aside from that, the apartment was nice.

Great stay

We lacked nothing in this clean property in an amazing location and especially appreciated the washing machine and private patio for washing and drying laundry. Two things to note: there were a lot of extra sheets and towels, which took up excess storage space, and the "kids" room has typical French doors opening out to a window overlooking the street, which may not be good for young children.

L'appartement est très confortable, très propre, et l'emplacement est super pour ceux qui aime se balader en ville. Je suis venue avec mes parents et mes deux enfants de bas âge, et tout s'est bien passé. La rue est un peu bruyante à cause des bars et il y a beaucoup de mouvement, donc la nuit on fermait les fenêtres, ce qui n'est pas idéale pendant l'été. J'espère pouvoir revenir un jour, c'était super.

A part pour l'emplacement car l'appartement est central dans Annecy, cet appartement n'est pas intéressant et encore moins en famille. Il n'y a pas la vaisselle permettant de manger dans l'appartement ni le nécessaire pour protéger la table. A noter que comme c'est dans le vieux quartier d'Annecy , le parquet grince et de ce fait nous entendions tous les pas de l'immeuble; Impossible de faire dormir un jeune enfant.
