Beautiful Lake Hartwell getaway close to Clemson with dock on deep water

Escape to Lake Hartwell and forget your worries as you enjoy this tranquil lakefront home. It is the perfect spot to stay while enjoying a visit to Clemson for parents weekend, graduation or a football weekend. We are located 11 miles from Clemson Memorial Stadium.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lakefront home features a large private double slip dock and plenty of outdoor living space! Bring your own boat along during your stay or rent from Portman Marina which is about 5 minutes away. There are also 4 kayaks at the dock for you to use in the quiet cove or to venture out into the open waters of Hartwell.

The main level of the home features two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The lakeside bedroom has a queen bed with private access to the outside deck. The second bedroom can sleep up to 6 with its 2 twin bed bunk beds and a single bed with a trundle. The downstairs bedroom features a king size bed and another full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There are also 2 additional single mattresses available to accommodate up to 12 guests.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals and has new LG black stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan lets you enjoy beautiful views of the lake through the many large sliding glass doors. Sit out on the large wrap around deck and enjoy a morning coffee or cap off the night with a drink as the sun sets.

There are both upper and lower living rooms that have a 65” Smart TV’s to relax in after a long day of fun out on the lake. The lower level also has a bar with a separate TV to enjoy the game as well. All of the TV’s have access to Spectrum.
