Fully renovated 4BR/2BA charmer sits on a large, tree-covered lot just steps from Bayshore Blvd and Ballast Point Park. Everything has been designed for maximum comfort and ease. I was born and raised in South Tampa as a third generation Floridian. Paul and I met in 1985 and lived in South Tampa together until 1989 when we moved to Naples where we still reside. My dream has always been to have a second home in Tampa where I have countless relatives and childhood friends. I have thoroughly enjoyed hosting family and friends gatherings and visiting many of our old “haunts” in Tampa along with the all the countless new things to do.

We loved this property because of the proximity to Bayshore Blvd and Downtown and the majestic Live Oaks.
