Located in Pelican Point, a gated complex directly on the Intercostal/Indian River with direct views of the Kennedy Space Center, is available for year round rental. The condo is a 4th floor (top floor) unit with approximately 900 square feet. From the balcony you have terrific views of sunrises, dolphins swimming, and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. SpaceX and UAE launches are amazing and you really hear and FEEL the power of the rockets!!
The complex is small, as there are only 132 units contained in 3 buildings, with each building having an elevator. Enjoy the heated pool with cabana, tennis courts, shuffle board and clubhouse with many social activities. It is ideal for those wishing to escape the cold of the north, but wanting to avoid the traffic and masses of south Florida. Titusville is on the east coast, 40 miles from Orlando.
It's a short drive to secluded Playlinda Beach in Cape Canaveral National Seashore and Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. There is a new shopping mall within walking distance that provides access to a movie theatre, Hobby Lobby, Bealls, Tuesday Morning, Wayback burgers, Pizza @ Titus Landing, Dunkin Donuts, Firehouse Subs, Pet Supermarket, and more!

Cable and Wi-Fi internet are included along with towels and linens. Coin washer/dryer located on each floor (shared with only 10 other units).
Orlando Airport is 45 minutes away, Playalinda Beach is 20 minutes away. Nearby activities include Canaveral National Seashore-Playalinda Beach (a unique, unspoiled, uncrowded beach), Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge (bird watching, wild pigs, alligators), Kennedy Space Center, numerous golf courses, air boat rides, and fishing at the seashore or at the backdoor with many rivers and lakes in the area. There is antique shopping in old town Titusville est. 1867.
Disney World, Seaworld, etc. are about one hour away. Daytona Beach is 50 miles north and Cocoa Beach is 15 miles south.
