A charming, 2-star-rated wooden chalet that’s very functional, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a covered terrace that makes you feel as if you’re right in the garden, surrounded by greenery and located on the Mimizan-Sud side.
Residential area. 400 metres from the sea, city centre, the forest, the shops in Le Courant, and bike paths; private, enclosed garden of 150 m² with no neighbors directly across.
A car isn’t necessary—everything is nearby: the beach, shops, the forest, bike paths, and Le Courant de Mimizan.
A quiet, tree-lined setting.
Family-friendly atmosphere.
High season: Minimum 1-week rental from Saturday to Saturday, June 13 through September 19, 2020.
Low season: Minimum 2 consecutive nights, 104 euros regardless of whether the nights fall on a weekend or not during the low season, with a weekly rate of 280 euros.
Wi-Fi
The tourist tax is 0.99 centimes per day per person aged 18 and older.

Impossible de pouvoir utiliser le canapé pour dormir, le matelas etait plus que passé détérioré. Le jardin si on peu appeler cela un jardin, plus de 30 cm dépaisseur de sable et aucun endroit pour pouvoir y passer du temps.

Chalet mimizan plage (chez Broos Patrick)

Arrivée vers 18h30, accueil tres succinct. Peu de relationnel avec mme Broos. Etat des lieux en 2 mn, et la voila disparue. Chalet sale, tant sur les sols, que les aerations, un barbecue digne d une decheterie, un micro ondes avec encore de la nourriture collés dedans, une plaque electrique obsolete, qui lorsque l'on veut l allumer fait tout dijoncter le tableau electrique,, de la vaiselle sale qu il a fallu relaver,. Seul point positif, l emplacement a proximité des plages et du centre pour bons marcheurs tout de meme. Les extérieurs non entretenus, un sapin coupé en gros blocs et entassé a côté du poutail d entrée, des haies non entretenues, des bains de soleil avec des excréments d oiseaux. Bref, une location indigne de la somme demandée (1200€). Aucune structure exterieure pour le stockage en sécurité des velos, cannes a peche etc....

Locataire très désagréable limite raciste avec mon épouse qu’il prenait pour la femme de ménage Locataire: « rien ne va « préoccupé par sa grosse voiture en panne des l’arrivée ce qui lui a gâché les vacances Conforme au très faible pourcentage de mécontents annuels Si cette description était fondée depuis 24 ans de location il y à longtemps que je n’aurais plus de clients A fuir absolument

Mobile Home et pas un chalet

Nous avons profité du séjour dans ce mobile home à proximité de la plage et centre ville (5-10 minutes max à pied). Bon emplacement à mon avis. En revanche, je constate que l'annonce n'est pas fidele au titre. Ce n'est pas un chalet qui est en location sinon un mobile home. L'état général: un peu vieillot, le mobilier mal entretenu (canapé lit inconfortable soutenu avec un livre sous une des lattes cassées). A améliorer: la propreté laisse à désirer: la vaisselle sale (taches de gras, saleté dans la plupart de la vaisselle), la lunette des wc sale, des champignons dans le dessous plats, des toiles d'araignées dans les lampes, L'emplacement reste très correct pour bien profiter d'un week-end à coté de la mer. Petite note sur la ville: il faut se préparer psychologiquement au passage en face de l'usine de papier en arrivant. Les odeurs ne polluent heureusement pas toute la ville ni la plage, mais c'est choquant quand on ne connait pas Mimizan.
