Gatlinburg Village Townhouses are conveniently located just a short walk from all the Gatlinburg activities, dining, shopping and entertainment.
The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is just a quick drive past the Gatlinburg strip.
This newly renovated 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Condo has all the comforts of home.
Easy entry from the parking area the lower level provides a stacking washer and dryer for your convenience. You will also find a bedroom that offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a standing shower.
The main level welcomes you with cathedral ceilings in the living room/dining room, a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen compete with granite counter tops, stone backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. Step out onto the enclosed porch and take in the mountain views and Gatlinburg's Sky lift Park featuring the Sky Bridge. The master bedroom, also located on this level, features a king size bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a whirlpool tub.
Up the spiral staircase to the partially enclosed loft, you will find a queen bed, flat screen TV and private bath with a tub/shower combination.
403 Baskins Creek is located off traffic light 6 in downtown Gatlinburg. It's a quick walk to downtown or hop on the trolley at the end of the drive. While exploring some of the attractions you will find include: Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Sky Lift Park, Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Restaurants include Ole Red, The Peddler Steak House, Pancake Pantry, Tennessee Jed's, Big Daddy's Pizza, and Crockett's Breakfast Camp just to name a few. Don't forget the endless amount of shopping you will find not only in Gatlinburg, but also in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Stop in the shops of Gatlinburg's 8-mile Arts and Craft loop full of galleries, studios, crafts and restaurants.

Mountain Man comfort

Very nice property within a short walk of the main strip in Gatlinburg. Parking was a little tight with more than one vehicle, but still manageable. Saw a bear walking around the property parking lot several times.

Our Stay in Gatlinburg

We had a stay of 3 nights at the property and we found it to be very nice and memorable. Everything as mentioned in the property was available to us and we didn't gave any issues. It's proximity to the main roads and accessibility adds value.Given a chance, I would love to stay again. Sandra the owner also communicates with you if you face any issues.

Very well stocked kitchen which was nice for someone like me who likes to cook. Separate Bathroom and Bedroom on each of the 3 floors was ideal for everyones privacy...

Adorable and very Homey Condo!

Absolutely adorable! This condo was so very welcoming and perfect for our group! Perfect, walking location to everything in Gatlinburg!!! Loved the patios, the decorations featuring Easter themed for the upcoming holiday, beds and so much more. Our first time to Gatlinburg and definitely made our stay beyond perfect!! Great owner communication to for whatever your need may be. Definitely recommend!!

Location - Location - Bears

Perfect location ( end unit ). Three minute walk to main street. Saw a bear nearly every day from the balcony or the swimming pool as it wandered through the complex. That was pretty cool. Highly recommend this unit. Ron and Sandy very easy to work with and condo was top-notch. You won't be disappointed.

Volleyball weekend

We stayed in this comfy Gatlinburg condo for a weekend while daughters played in a volleyball tournament. It was great to have space for teens to lounge about after playing. The condo was as described and we appreciated the coffee, sugar, and filters in the cabinet! The screened in porch is the perfect place to sit and relax. Super convenient to downtown. We walked there in about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The description was spot on and the communication with the owner was wonderful. The condo is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. There is a pool on the property that we unfortunately did not get to use. The condo is about a 9 to 10 min. easy walk into downtown Gatlinburg. The trolly does go by at the end of the driveway but we never could time it right in order to catch it. The property is on a quiet street tucked back away from all the traffic. It's easy to get in and out of, and you can pretty much bypass ninety percent of the traffic. We even got to see a momma bear and her four cubs on our last day there. I highly recommend the property to anyone wanting to stay close to Gatlinburg.

The place was very nice, nice parking. Very close to the strip. Listing said it had hot tub. There was no hot tub. Had some problems with combination to get in, owners was great to respond to email and help us out.

Had a great stay. The townhome was very clean and spacious and an easy walk to town so no need to drive each time you want to go to town. Parking for more than one car was available. The pool looked nice but we didn't get in as the weather was a little rainy while we were there.
