Bear View is perfectly located just minutes from the action of downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Our guests observe stunning views of downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park while enjoying all the comforts of home.

The cabin is conveniently located in close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and all of the major attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville; less than 10 minutes from restaurants, rides, shops, colorful fountains, a ferris wheel, and live music at newest attraction center, The Island in Pigeon Forge. Just a couple of miles from the cabin and you’re right in the heart of the attractions, entertainment, shopping, and a wide range of dining selections on the main parkway in Gatlinburg. The Pigeon Forge parkway is just 20 minutes from the cabin and offers fun for all ages with go-carting, in-door laser tag, and video gaming arcades for the kids; and tons of shops offering quilts, antiques, and a wide range of local shops with arts, crafts, and collectibles that make the days long and the stories even better. When evening falls, there are numerous options for entertainment from musicals, to magic, to shindigs and down home country fun

Cabin Layout & Comforts With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, three levels, and an open main floor layout, Bear View cabin will comfortably accommodate the entire family. Each of the 3 levels provides you with options to meet the wishes of everyone in your family. Vaulted ceilings in the living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen. King bedroom suite on the main entry level. Queen bedroom suite upstairs and a queen bedroom suite on the lower level. Hot tub is located on the lower level deck.

Upstairs is a large open loft area with a recreation room with a pool table that yields views that offer numerous distractions to the game. . The cabin is Wi-Fi enabled throughout, so bring your laptop and you can stay “connected”, if the urge hits you.

Roads are paved and well maintained to the cabin however we are in the mountains and in the event of snow you will need a 4 wheel drive.

It was a really nice cabin other than the upstairs bed. It was very wobbly and noisy due to the wobble. Other than that, and the size of parking, everything was as it said and beautiful. I would definitely stay again.
My last morning view was amazing.
The three bears stayed with us every day until the end of our stay. 🥰

Great retreat

A great house with a beautiful view of the smoky mountains.Very specious with a pool table and a jacuzzi.Definitely recommended for those who want a quiet place close to the park.

AMAZING VIEW of Gatlinburg

The view is worth every bit!! It is indescribable!! We loved the house it was perfect for our older kids and us to have our own bedroom space but be together for other times. Great location to the park and other attractions! “Easy” to get to from the parkway! We would definitely stay again!

Bear View is an excellent choice if you want to be near the parkway in gatlinburg but far enough to have peace and quiet. We enjoyed our visit and in fact got to see a few bears near the house! The view was lovely from the back deck.

Perfect for a Couples getaway

It was so nice having 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This was perfect for 3 couples to enjoy a long weekend. We all had our own space and plenty of room in the common area and kitchen. We really enjoyed the view of the Gatlinburg strip from the screened in porch and the short drive to downtown. We all agreed, we would happily stay here again.

Great home and view!

This home was perfect for our family of four, and the view of Gatlinburg was beautiful! With three floors we could spread out and have our own spaces. The teens enjoyed the pool table while we really liked the screened in porch. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it looked nice and clean. The home was about a 7-8 minute drive up from Gatlinburg which made it perfect for access to the town as well as the National Park. The owner was super responsive. Would stay again!

Great Getaway Location

I've been to the area several times and this location was near the top of the list for favorite locations. Well equipped and spread out so you aren't all right on top of each other. Loved the screened porch that overlooks downtown and the mountains behind it. Only minor downside I can see was parking. We only had one vehicle and it was fine, but any more than that might be tight.

Exactly as described

We loved the cabin! It was exactly as described in the listing. It was well stocked with pans, plates, soaps, salt, pepper, detergent, and starter paper supplies. The icemaker and water through the door of the fridge was an added bonus! Loved having a pantry and the two gas fireplaces were a nice amenity. The hot tub was preheated, which was awesome in our first night there. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Overall, it was a great stay!
