Very nice and comfortable independent studio in a quiet condominium with caretaker. Newly renovated, the accommodation offers all the comforts of home with full equipment:

Upon your arrival you will be offered a basket for breakfast and what is needed for your first necessities (pasta, passata, oil, salt, coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar)
Bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge.
Very close to Linate airport; the area is well served by public transport: two bus lines and a tram line leading directly to the city center in 25 minutes pass under the house. By these means you can reach the subway and the railway pass in about ten minutes. In the immediate vicinity are all the necessary services: bar-tobacconist, newsagent, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, post office, bank, fuel distributor. The accommodation is very close to the Gucci Hub, to the Fabrique, to the television production studios of via Mecenate, to the Sky headquarters, to the Monzino Cardiology Center and to the Novegro Fair, all places reachable in five minutes.
Our guests will receive a warm and discreet welcome, in full respect of the needs of a traveler.
Your sleep will be assured by a brand new sofa bed. Accepting the requests of all our customers, we have equipped the sofa bed with a mattress of the normal bed type, much more comfortable than the mattress of a sofa bed. With this mattress, the sofa bed cannot be closed. In addition to accommodating two adults, it is possible to arrange to accommodate a child.

Siamo stati benissimo, la proprietaria, appena abbiamo prenotato si è subito messa in contatto con noi ed é stata gentilissima che ci hanno montato un lettino piccolo per il bimbo 😊, l'appartamento aveva le cose giuste per le nostre esigenze e si trova in una zona dove non abbiamo avuto problemi particolari a trovare parcheggi, altrimenti a pochi metri avevamo anche la fermata del tram che porta direttamente in centro .... unica pecca alcuni rumori mattutini provenienti dall'appartamento di sopra che però ovviamente non dipendono dai proprietari, nel complesso straconsigliato perché un posto accogliente pulito e ordinato. Grazie Mary per la disponibilità 😉

Per i rumori mattutini abbiamo chiesto al custode che ci ha riferito che i proprietari del piano di sopra hanno fatto il trasloco approfittando del ponte di Ognissanti :-( Siamo stati contenti di ospitare la tua famiglia Svedese, grazie ancora a tutti ed un bacino al grande Maddox! Cudowni właściciele i cudowne miejsce

Wspaniali, pomocni i bardzo troskliwi właściciele, na których pomoc zawsze można liczyć. Na kilka dni przed przyjazdem skontaktowali się z nami, aby podać wskazówki dotyczące sposobów dotarcia do apartamentu. Dostaliśmy mapki, schematy, linki i nawet zdjęcia - wszystko abyśmy dotarli szczęśliwie i sprawnie na miejsce, . Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, wyposażone w absolutnie wszystko co może być potrzebne , w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny, śliczna łazienka. Przez cały okres pobytu czuliśmy się bardzo troskliwie zaopiekowani.

Very nice and practical appartement, very kind host.

Although it was way too hot in Milan, we had a wonderful time. Daniele and Mary were extremely helpful and kind. With the nearby tramway it was very easy to get in the towncentre. We enjoyed the cultural and musical possibilities of Milano, Bergamo and even Parma. We will recommend this appartement to all our frieds and we will surely return. Thank you, dear Mary and Daniele!

Super accueil de la propriétaire qui nous a donné plein d'info. L'appartement est très bien équipé très propre et idéalement situé: à 200m de l'arrêt de tramway qui vous emmène directement sur la place du Dôme et donc en centre ville. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir!
