Located in the heart of a small village far from the hustle and bustle, Annie and Pascal's gîte is a carefully restored former 19th century school.

Nearby: Brioude (Biennial of Watercolor, Hôtel de la Dentelle, Maison du Saumon, Maison de Mandrin, basilica...) 10 km away, Ally (windmills, wind farm, silver and antimony mines ) at 14 km. All shops and services in Brioude (10 km). Widely open to the outside with its bay windows, the house also offers access to a pleasant enclosed well-exposed terrace of 25 m² and an open plot of land (200 m²) punctuated with flower beds.

On the ground floor, the large living room has a closed fireplace facing the kitchen area and a lounge area extending the space on the dining room side. On the same level, there is also an additional bathroom and a separate toilet.

The 3 bedrooms for 2 people each (1 160 cm bed, 2 140 cm beds) are located on the 1st floor (direct access possible via an exterior staircase). The largest can open onto a spacious veranda which has a relaxation lounge and independent access from the common corridor. Large bathroom and separate WC.

- Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, bath, baby carrier, potty, toilet reducer, dishes.

Optional services:
-Electric heating by heating slab at an additional cost depending on consumption.
Wood for the fireplace extra: €15/case.
-Cleaning service offered on request from the owner upon your arrival: €60. An equivalent deposit will be requested if this option is not taken out.
-Possibility of renting sheets: €10/bed and bathroom linen: €10/person (to be paid on site to the owner)

A deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.

From Brioude, follow the direction of Saint-Flour by the D12 then take the D122 in the direction of St Just near Brioude. At the entrance to the village, take the road to the left towards Villeneuve d'Allier then continue on the D171. Left to a place called Brenat.
