In a quiet area, 5 minutes thanks to the free shuttles (winter season) from the ski slopes and the heart of the resort, guests can curl up in soft fur throws, you will enjoy this relaxing break in the mountain spirit .
Very nice studio, tastefully decorated, well equipped: TV, oven combined grill-microwave, dishwasher. You will have 1 room of water freshly renovated. Local ski.

Très Déçu par l’accueil et le logement

Nous avons l’habitude de louer aux carroz et c’est la première fois que nous sommes déçus , le logement n’avait pas dû être loué depuis un moment et personne n’a pris soin de venir donner un coup de propre avant notre arrivée Il est très petit et vendu pour un 4 personnes , heureusement nous étions 2 sinon ça aurait été invivable. Les placards sont tous encombrés et il n’y a donc aucune place pour ranger nos affaires. Le premier contact téléphonique avec le propriétaire s’était bien passé mais apparemment il n’avait pas mis à jour ses prix sur abritel , il m’a dit qu’il assumait son erreur mais je pense qu’il n’avait plus envie de nous louer car après difficile d’avoir des réponses et l’accueil à été très froid Heureusement qu’il y avait une erreur sur le prix car j’ai vu ensuite les vrais tarifs et c’est honteux vu les prestations. a ce prix là au carroz on a loué plusieurs fois un 6 personnes en plein centre avec une ou deux vraies chambres Donc à fuir ......

Personne insatisfaite, cherchant à bénéficier d’un tarif le plus bas possible, ne désirant pas le linge de lit pour faire des économies puis nous le réclamant à son arrivée. Communication impossible. Parle beaucoup et n’écoute pas. Elle nous a demandé également à s’installer plus tot qu’autorisé ( arrivée et départ précisés sur notre annonce). Notre studio est très bien décrit sur l’annonce et ne fait que 17 m2. Sur les photos, elle pouvait tout à fait se rendre compte de l’espace dont elle disposait et avait eu connaissance également qu’il y avait 4 couchages dans ces 17 m2 Locataire à absolument éviter , et qui espère avoir le confort d’un 60 m2 dans un studio.

Basic comfortable studio perfect for low cost weekend getaways

Nice basic studio for weekend getaways with friendly and helpful owners. Great location for skiing in Grand massif area, or walking in the summer.

The free shuttles are next to the apartment. The telecabine is at just 10 minutes from your bus stop. you can park your car and move all your stay by shuttles. you can enjoy the spa center at 5 minutes' walking or on the ligne bus.
