Owners Claudine and Patrice welcome you to this spacious cottage located in the town of Docelles, halfway between Epinal and Gérardmer.
17 km from Épinal: the city of images, and 26 km from Gérardmer, its lake and La Mauselaine ski resort.
This cottage is ideal for relaxing or exploring the region with family or friends. The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people.

On the ground floor:
- Entrance hall leading to a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, 4-burner gas cooktop).
- Separate toilet, bathroom (washing machine).
- Living/dining room with dining area and relaxation area; TV, fireplace.

On the first floor: 2 bedrooms.
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x200), the second bedroom with two single beds (90x200).
- Shower room with toilet.

Private terrace (direct access from the living room) with garden furniture, parasol, and barbecue. (Adjoining the terrace of the owners' second gîte).
Land shared by both gîtes.

Additional features: sheets provided (beds made upon arrival), household and bathroom linens provided. End-of-stay cleaning is optional.
Utilities included, Wi-Fi internet access.

Gîte not suitable for people with reduced mobility (sleeps upstairs).

The house includes two adjoining gîtes - sleeping 4 and 10 - with private entrances. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility (bedrooms upstairs).
