Ski shuttle details: Angel Fire Resort Ski Area shuttles pick up and drop off skiers at designated condo shuttle stops. Pick-ups and drop-offs will be integrated into the normal shuttle routes between the parking lots and the ski hill. During peak holiday dates, the condo shuttle will run a continuous route with no charge to our guests. During off peak times, the condo shuttle will be on a on-call basis only. Guests can call 505-603-1038 to request a ride. All they need to do is tell which condo and how many guests need to be picked up, and a shuttle will be sent directly to that location. (Antelope, Bear, Deer, Cougar, Fox)



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Much less space than photos show. Bunk bed were not comfortable. Stove is old. Location was great! Fans need cleaned. All other appliances were great. Bathrooms clean but small. Master bath was nice but shower pluming make demonic noises.

Issues non stop

We first arrived to the door being open and nobody inside. Then a random man walked through the condo stating he was working on the tv’s. We ended up moving a chair under the entry door in hopes to make it impossible for someone to enter again, not knowing who else may have access to it since it was wide open upon arrival. There was only one tv and he didn’t touch it. My 12 year old son that weighs 98 pounds couldn’t even sleep on the bed, the box spring was broken and he slept at an angle the first night before moving the top mattress to the floor to sleep the rest of the stay. The living room ceiling leaked when the master bath was used. The temperature would never stay regulated, we had it set at 55-60 and would be sweating but then would turn it down to 50-55 and be cold. The bed in the master was almost unbearable.

The one star is for convenience as it’s located by the slopes. This unit is in need of a major overhaul and should not be available to rent. It appears as though it hasn’t been touched since the 80s. Your first sight when walking in is a hole in the wall because the make-shift door to cover the water heater won’t stay on. The carpet is dirty and the furniture is stained. Cooking is a challenge as some pots are missing handles and others have zero coating left on them. The Dish box is broken and the TV is not a smart tv so you can’t cast anything to it. The upstairs box spring is completely broken and the thermostat in that room is missing a dial so you can’t see the temp you’re setting. The couch is so worn out there’s a pillow shoved under the cushion to try and prop it up. I could keep going, but you get the point. Save your money and book elsewhere, this place is a dump.

No assistance from property manager when needed

The best thing about this property is the location, right next to a shuttle stop. It said we would have 2 parking spaces on the app, but there was no parking available when we got there so we had to park off Gold Dust property. While the condo looked like it had been cleaned prior to us arriving, the place is in dire need of an update. Carpet has stains all over it, furniture is broken down. My biggest complaint is that we contacted the property manager 4 times about the dish/tv not working and every time we called they kept saying that they were waiting on a response from the local manager. We never heard back from them before checkout. It is also not a smart tv so we weren’t able to use it at all. Would have been nice to watch tv after a day of skiing. After checking out we read a review that posted during our stay (so it must have been the prior renters) and the dish wasn’t working then either. We feel as though that should have been fixed before the next renter (us) came in. We would not recommend staying here due to the lack of assistance that was given to us when we continued to reach out with the tv issue. What if it would have been a major issue such as a water leak, would we have ever been given assistance in the 4 days we were there?

Throw back memories of ski trips when I was in college. Nice and clean and what you need for a little getaway. Great view and great walks in a great location. Loved riding the bikes down the mountain too.

It was a ok place. The kitchen wasn't equipped good. The pots and pans were in bad shape, kitchen utensils were in bad shape. The description said there was internet when called they said it was not included and it said so in amenities. Should have said the same in both places. Who doesnt have internet now a days its not the 70's. Called several times because the tv didnt work was told someone would come by twice and no one ever came by and no one called like they said they would to confirm. Moved one of the upstairs bed and under the bed hadnt been vacuumed. All carpet should be cleaned. I have a airbnb in Santa Fe and I expect it to be spotless and description should be correct.

Terrible stay

The place was a mess when we arrived we had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean for over a hour. The trash was left from previous we were not comfortable the whole time and nearly left 2 days early and of course nobody called me back we'll never stay here again.

This was a perfect spot for us to stay during our brief visit to Angel Fire (that was unfortunately interrupted by Corona). The place is spacious and very close to the ski lift. We wished we could have stayed longer.
