This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is an easy walk to the Chile Express Ski lift for Mountain Biking and Skiing. Large deck has views of Exhibition Ski Run, which is lit up for the only night skiing in New Mexico. Living room features a fireplace, comfy sleeper sofa and lots of natural light from the sliding glass doors and skylights in the vaulted ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen offers a breakfast bar that seats 4 and a dining area that seats six. Or enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck. The main floor bedroom sleeps 4 (queen bed and 1 set of bunk beds).. There is a full bath on the main level. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. There is a second full bath upstairs. This condo also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Perfect for a family vacation! The location can't be beat! Stay with us at "The Byrd's Nest."

Well equipped condo with a great view of the slopes. I also enjoyed that the lifts were in walking distance for my kids and I. Barb the property owner responded quickly to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this condo, especially if your looking to ski and if you want a great view of the mountain.

Perfect location

Condo was accomodating for me and 5 teenage boys. Everyone had plenty of room and their own beds. Kitchen had everything you needed for making dinner. Location was walking distance to lifts which kept us from having to park. Had a perfect view of the mountain. Would love to stay here again

Great location. Comfortable space

I was up in angel fire with some friends to mountain bike and this was the perfect place to stay. The location can’t be beat. Literally seconds from the ski lift. We were working remotely and we had plenty of space to spread out (three of us) and really enjoyed using the patio space to take full advantage of the beautiful mountains.

A lovely and comfy stay!

My family of 7 stayed at this condo and greatly enjoyed everything there. We cooked and watched movies, took walks, and greatly loved sitting out on the balcony watching the sunsets behind the mountains. We had everything we needed plus got to do all our laundry from the week. The upstairs was very cozy and private and we even slept with the windows open every night. The restrooms were very clean and were provided with soaps and many towels. The beds were comfy and loved the upstairs tv/movies there. Thanks so much for a wonderful and very clean stay. :)

The condo was furnished well with every amenity you could ever want. Beds were comfortable. Location is very close to lift, easy walk! . The parking is another story. Very few spaces especially if you leave in the evening. There are no assigned spots. Worse, the parking lot was covered with ice and never plowed. We did not have a four wheel drive vehicle and multiple times we had to be helped by gracious people that helped with pushing/pushing/ towing us out of the parking lot. I called the property manger and the first answer was to drive to bottom of parking lot for more spaces to park which is where we were getting stuck due to the ice being worse there. The property manager did say they would bring sand and help but we had that and we were able to find help, the issue was the parking lot was never cleared/ maintained the entire time we were there. So lesson learned, do not stay here in winter unless you have a 4 wheel drive! Otherwise, the condo itself is great.

This is a wonderful, well-stocked property with plenty of room to spread out and a lovely view of the base of the mountain from the balcony. The location was great…a very short walk from the slopes. Check in was very smooth and the owner was very responsive. If you’re headed to angel Fire, this is a great place to stay!
