Résidence avec chats à volonté !

Mouries est un agrĂ©able village des Alpilles. L'entretien des espaces verts de la rĂ©sidence est nĂ©gligĂ©. Il y avait tellement de dĂ©chets vĂ©gĂ©taux sur notre terrasse Ă  l'arrivĂ©e que nous l'avons fait remarquĂ© Ă  la personne de l'agence qui nous a expliquĂ© que c'Ă©tait Ă  cause des tempĂȘtes. Ça n'a pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ© durant notre sĂ©jour. La pelouse synthĂ©tique de la terrasse empestait l'urine de chats. Nous avions sans arrĂȘt des chats en libertĂ© qui venaient s'installer. Donc pas de possibilitĂ© de profiter de l'extĂ©rieur. Nous avons Ă©galement signalĂ© un tire bouchon cassĂ© et une chaise dĂ©collĂ©e. Pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©parĂ© ou remplacĂ© durant notre sĂ©jour. C'est vraiment dommage de ne pas assurer de cette maniĂšre car le gĂźte est sympa et l'intĂ©rieur Ă©tait propre. Nous avons eu Ă©galement le droit Ă  l'entretien de la climatisation que nous avons acceptĂ© mais normalement on s'arrange pour le faire avant l'arrivĂ©e des locataires, il me semble !

TrÚs bonne location trÚs bien équipée (four, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, nombreux rangements...) Cependant 2 points négatifs : nous étions envahis de chats errants et voleurs de nourriture et la piscine soi-disant chauffée, nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner tellement elle était froide, dommage car il a fait trÚs beau et chaud pendant notre séjour... Sinon trÚs bien, je recommande. TrÚs bon suivi de la part de "Plaisirs et maisons de Provence" accueil parfait et trÚs bons échanges.

Bien placé dans une grande résidence fermée et calme. Appartement confortable et bien équipé. Petite mise en garde pour ceux qui viendraient avec un chien n'aimant pas les chats. Bien que plus ou moins sauvages, ils sont trÚs nombreux dans les environs et semblent particuliÚrement apprécier le site !

GerÀumiges HÀuschen in Ferienanlage

Sehr schönes HĂ€uschen, das uns (3 Personen) viel Platz bot. Positiv: modern eingerichtet und alles da was man braucht. (Klima, Waschmaschine und „WĂ€schaufhĂ€ng“, Gartenmöbel) Es gab einige kleine Defekte (TĂŒr, KlobĂŒrste), welche die Agentur aber aufgenommen hat und bereinigen wird. Schwierig war die wirklich zahlreiche Katzenpopulation, als wir dort waren. Unglaublich niedlich (wir haben zu Hause auch einen Kater), aber die Tierchen erleichtern sich ĂŒberall in der Anlage. (Wahrscheinlich sind viele davon Streuner.) Wenn es dann regnet entsteht durch die Feuchtigkeit ein sehr anstrengender Geruch. Alles in allem war es jedoch eine wunderbar erholsame Zeit!

Maisonnette trÚs agréable et idéalement située

TrĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans ce gĂźte Ă  MouriĂšs. IdĂ©al pour 4 personnes, spacieux, et suffisamment Ă©quipĂ© (bien qu'il soit un peu difficile de cuisiner pour 4 sur les 2 plaques Ă©lectriques). L'extĂ©rieur est aussi agrĂ©able. La piscine est super, mĂȘme si elle paraĂźt plus grande sur les photos de l'annonce. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs agrĂ©able car Ă  taille humaine, idĂ©alement situĂ©e pour visiter la rĂ©gion. PremiĂšre semaine un peu bruyante Ă  cause des voisins qui parlaient trĂšs fort. 2Ăšme semaine trĂšs calme. Nous regrettons juste qu'en cas de petit souci, l'agence qui gĂšre le gĂźte ne peut rien faire: nous aurions souhaitĂ© un ventilateur pour l'Ă©tage mais ils n'en avaient pas Ă  nous prĂȘter, nous avons signalĂ© Ă  2 reprises que les pommeaux de douche du RDC et de l'Ă©tage ne tiennent pas, et que le tire-bouchon Ă©tait cassĂ©...mais rien n'a Ă©tĂ© fait durant notre sĂ©jour pour rĂ©soudre ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments.
