AC & Heat, Desk, Complimentary Coffee and Snacks, Queen bed, Sleeper Sofa, an adorable petite kitchen, with microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes and flatware for two. With a stove top, and pots/pans. The bathroom includes towels, hairdryer, and body care essentials.

Private Parking lot vehicle and free street parking, first come first serve basis plus Free-Street parking. we also have extended parking at Empire Café. You will have a parking pass located inside the Studio.

We are centrally located near Downton, the Texas Medical Center, all Sports Stadiums, Universities, Houston Galleria, Museum District, Heights area, River Oaks, and both Houston Airports. The best part about our property is its central location. You'll be close to most key destinations in Houston. Lyft/Uber are the easiest way to get around. We had such a lovely stay. The host was very clear and very communicative. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed including a desk to work from, lots of closet space with hangers, kitchenette, an iron, shower products, etc. And the location can't be beat. Less than a minute walk from multiple cute cafes and shops and the bus to get downtown.

Awesome location.

I was a bit worried at first when I had a couple minor issues right off the bat, but Ron and Alex were very accommodating and responsive to the situation. The location was great! I felt very close to everything I needed. Amazing food places around and a little convenience store a couple blocks away. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back in the future.

Was lied on and threatened to have the authorities called

The host accused me of smoking Marijuana in the unit without just cause. Also told me to leave or she will call the police on me without getting any kind of understanding of the situation first. Felt like I was being discriminated on due to being a Black Man. Great space but host was highly questionable. #Karen
