Welcome to the The Park JJ, UNIT 7, a newly renovated studio apartment in the heart of Montrose! There are 16 studio apartments in the building perfect for work or travelers in the most walk-able area of Houston. UNIT 7, on the ground floor, is artistically decorated, has soft new clean sheets on a queen bed, towels, a large screen Smart TV (stream your favorite apps on your account, no cable or local access), local amenities like Puracy hand soap & dish soap, and free high speed Internet. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge and a coffee maker with dishes & utensils. Please note, there is NO stove or oven or laundry in the building. Best of all - the best restaurants, bars and attractions are within minutes on foot + only a short drive to Museum District, NRG, Downtown and the Medical Center. Please NO parties, NO pets, NO smoking or vaping.

Was lied on and threatened to have the authorities called

The host accused me of smoking Marijuana in the unit without just cause. Also told me to leave or she will call the police on me without getting any kind of understanding of the situation first. Felt like I was being discriminated on due to being a Black Man. Great space but host was highly questionable. #Karen

Awesome location.

I was a bit worried at first when I had a couple minor issues right off the bat, but Ron and Alex were very accommodating and responsive to the situation. The location was great! I felt very close to everything I needed. Amazing food places around and a little convenience store a couple blocks away. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back in the future.
