We welcome short term rentals
Welcome to this nicely updated two bedroom condo located on the peaceful East side of Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay. The condo features brand new tile flooring in the living room and kitchen along with new kitchen cabinetry!
This unit has a King bed in the master bedroom/bathroom. There is a large sliding glass window to let in the cool breezes. An additional bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is an oversize loft bedroom with a 2 queen. There is a spacious half bath with large closet area in the loft. The loft also has A/C.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. There is seating for four at the dining table and additional seating on the lanai.
One of the two swimming pools on the East side is located just across the parking area of this unit. Just 30 steps away . The tennis courts are close by as well. It is under a 10 minute walk to the public beach next to the Turtle Bay Hotel as well as several restaurants on the grounds.
Lei Lei's restaurant by the pro shop is a short walk and features indoor or outdoor dining.
The condo complex is just minutes from the top Surfing beaches in the world, Sunset Beach, Pipeline, Waimea. Don't miss beautiful Waimea Valley and falls.
And of course there is the Polynesian Cultural Center that is certainly worth visiting.
Supermarkets are about 3 miles in either direction from the Kuilima Estates. Historic and popular Haleiwa Town is 13 miles from Turtle Bay and offers lots of shopping and restaurants.

Unfortunately, our stay was highly unsatisfactory and fell short of basic expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness. The unit was simply not clean. We noted substantial buildup on the walls, baseboards, and doors, indicating a long overdue deep cleaning.Several factors severely impacted our comfort:A strange, persistent smell, possibly emanating from the room A/C units.Worn and threadbare bath towels that are past their useful life.A non-working ceiling fan/light in the master bedroom.Crucially, when we needed the extra bedding, it had a distinct sour odor, suggesting it was left wet too long—a significant hygiene concern.Lastly, the check-in procedure felt unnecessarily complicated; the requirement to walk to the unit to retrieve the key fob before driving onto the property should be streamlined.

Turtle bay experience

This property was perfect. Had everything we needed, was clean and the location was superb. Our family had a great time here eating at the local food trucks, floating in the bay, and watching sunsets at the local resort.

Great place!

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for 9 days and loved every minute of it. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The place is a bit older, but very clean.They have thought of everything you would need for your stay- from a cooler, to beach chairs and folding chairs just to mention a few. Paul was a pleasure to deal with and he even went above and beyond to help us out with a request. The grounds are very well groomed and the place is very quiet. We would highly recommend it!

The stay was great ! Location is amazing, a very short walk to the beach to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset. The place had all items as noted in listing. Convenient parking and close to many places of interest in the North Shore.

Pleasant Stay

A beautiful place to retire after a day at the beach or touring the island. Paul has a very well thought out property that has virtually everything you need or want. His communication with us was great and shared tidbits of information for local places to tour. I would definitely stay here again. You won’t be sorry or disappointed.

This condo was absolutely perfect! Away from the crowds and big city in the quaint North Shore. We LOVED walking across every evening to the Keiki beach each evening for the sunset over Turtle Bay. We are tennis players so having the tennis courts next door was also great! The unit was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent! We plan to stay here again in the future!

Near Turtle Bay resort, and the resort amenities

We had a great time. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities. It was great respite on Oahu’s North Shore. We were able to participate in several activities close to our location without the need to go into the city. We were able to soak in the beauty of the island, without it feeling touristy.

Great host

Paul was really helpful and answered the calls and any questions that I had. The check in process was a little strange you have to park on the street(no place to park) and run in to the unit which wasn’t properly labeled and then run back to the car parked in the street to get in the property. When leaving, we felt like we basically had to clean the place for them, including towels and sheets in the washer. There were notes about extra charge for excessive sand, how much so too much? We spent a lot of time at the beach and had kids. This wasn’t a huge deal but frustrating since we paid a lot in cleaning fees. Most places I have been too require you to leave dirty towels in a pile on floor and maybe the sheets off bed. Again, not a huge deal just a new experience for us. The app also crashed so we didn’t have that available to us and I had a hard time locating the email with these details. Overall it’s in a great location for north shore, and being on the turtle bay resort it was nice walk to the beach, there were some chairs and toys for the kids to use at the beach, having the extra beds was really nice and the environment was comfortable with the AC and fans provided. Security was on site 24/7 so we always felt safe. Would we stay here again. Yes

We LOVED our stay here! It was perfect for our family (two adults, two kids age 4 and 7, and grandpa). We could easily walk to the beach in 10 minutes, and the community's pool was convenient and heated. Beds were very comfortable. We loved how all the beach gear was provided to borrow. This condo was a great location for staying in the North Shore. Highly recommended!

Great Place

Family of five stayed here June 2025. Great place for our family. Unit is as described with 1 main bedroom with a king bed and a loft with 2 queen beds. 2.5 bathrooms. Washer/dryer and air conditioning (window units) throughout. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies. The beds were comfortable. Kuilima estates is a quiet, safe neighborhood. Condo isn’t super-close to the beach but is within walking distance. There were some very used beach supplies as well (could use some new beach chairs). We had no issues during our stay. Owners were very communicative about check-in/out process and house rules. Would stay again. Thanks!

Fantastic stay on the North Shore

We enjoyed our stay in Kuilima Estates. The condo was clean, and we found everything to be as listed and pictured in the listing. Check in instructions were clear and property manager was very easy to communicate with during our stay. The unit is close to tennis & pickleball courts and we wish we had brought our gear. It was close to a path that was great for walking or biking. We used the beach gear and chairs almost every day. We enjoyed being close to Turtle Bay and the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location.

Great Place with easy access to the Northshore

The property was great. Nothing fancy but perfect for an enjoyable get away to the Island. The week we were there it was hot however the A/C units in the place were able to keep the temps comfortable for our entire trip. I would stay there again for sure!
