Located in Kuilima Estates West, neighboring the luxurious Turtle Bay Resort, the condo overlooks the 3rd fairway of the George Fazio Championship golf course with stunning mountain views beyond.
The condo has recently been remodeled with new carpet, tile flooring, kitchen appliances, countertops, shower/tub, paint, furniture and Hawaiian décor. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed for an especially comfortable night’s sleep and the screened-in lanai provides extended living room space to enjoy the beautiful outdoors without the critters. This unit also provides you with wireless internet, cable TV, washer and dryer, and a Lazy-Boy sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is also a pack-n-play crib for a little one to sleep in.
