Condo was great and had everything we needed. So convenient that there were basic things like laundry detergent, soap, and a few kitchen pantry items. The view of the mountains was so pleasant and the property is beautiful with walking trails, beautiful beach, convenient pools, and great restaurants. Such a relaxing contrast to Waikiki!

Great location, very clean, nicely decorated. Definitely older place. If you like privacy, curtains or blinds would be nice on the huge sliding glass doors facing the golf course especially at night. Condo had everything we needed. Overall good experience.

Nice property near the Turtle Bay Ritz Carlton Resort. Easily accommodated 4 adults. Very nice to have AC on both floors and in bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Great walking trails nearby. Near the PCC and Laie. Host communicated very well. We stayed during Hurricane Lala and didn’t have any problems. Would stay here again.

A wonderful stay and an incredibly accommodating host! When our cruise was delayed, we needed a last-minute place to stay for two nights and decided to head to Turtle Bay. This property had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and so many thoughtful extras that made our stay easy and comfortable.On the day we arrived, our cruise embarkation was pushed back another day. We contacted the host to ask about extending our stay, and he responded immediately and arranged the extra night. His flexibility made a stressful situation so much easier!Members of our family also enjoyed the golf course. What started as an unexpected change in plans turned into a wonderful addition to our vacation. Highly recommend!

This condo has everything you could possibly need and more! It comes fully stocked with beach gear, a well-equipped kitchen, bath and beach towels, excellent air conditioning on both floors, comfortable beds, and cozy seating. The peaceful island vibe made it the perfect place to relax.The condo is just steps from the pool, conveniently located near the North Shore, and offers a beautiful scenic drive to the Windward side. The owner was easy to communicate with, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay.We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 perfect!

We relocated here at the last minute after our VRBO on Kauai lost power and water - so we weren’t expecting much, figuring all the good stuff had gone. Were we wrong! The condo is beautifully located on the currently closed golf course of the Ritz Carlton and therefore it was great for morning walks. We used the pool area which was well kept and I grilled twice in the pool area (don’t forget to pick up charcoal!) The HVAC worked well, but the property is well insulated so we just used it to cool the place down before sleeping. There are a wide variety of kitchen implements and pots and pans for cooking, if you choose to do that yourself. We didn’t use upstairs at all but it appeared very comfortable. We had a small issue on the way in when our gate code didn’t work, but with a call to the host this was quickly resolved. A very enjoyable short stay in a wonderfully relaxing location with all the amenities of the Ritz Carlton a stone’s throw away.

Great property!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Beautiful and reasonably priced gateway to the North Shore. Turtle bay beach nearby is an amazing spot for snorkeling with kids.

Kulima stays a very nice place to stay at the north shore

Close to all surfbreaks and well maintained, I was back to Kuilima after two decades and everything was still the same - a nice place in a magic zone.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out. We loved the location, it was quiet, lots of activities were accessible at the Ritz next door. Nothing fancy, just comfortable and had everything we needed to unwind and relax.
