Electric terminal 3kms away in the small village of PRISSAC Longère in exposed white stone with large garden of 2,000m² (garden furniture), terrace of 55m², trampoline and swimming pool to be shared with the owners (10 x 4 meters with bromine, a depth of 1m50 - open from June 15 to September 15 - unheated).
