Traditional Mallorcan house with character built at the end of the 19th century. Available exclusively for the summer months. Reformed at the beginning of the year to adapt to the needs of our customers. Ca L'Adroger, as it is popularly known, is one of the most prestigious homes in the tourist center of Puerto Pollença, recognized among residents and tourists for the traditional arches that decorate the main facade. Housing with direct access to the beach of Albercuitx, has an outdoor porch that allows you to enjoy the spectacular views of the bay of Puerto Pollença, with the lighthouse of the Fortress in the background.

One of the best places we've ever stayed

There were 6 adults and 2 children in our party; a family group celebrating a special birthday. A few of us had been to the area before and had admired the property from the outside but staying there was really exceptional. The host was friendly and helpful, the check in process was good (we were quite delayed and it was late but it was no problem and there were chilled glasses and a bottle of fizz waiting for us), the property is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed, the location is second to none (it's near pine walk, lovely beaches and plenty of restaurants and bars). The location is perfect for families, there is a small beach a few metres from the front door. It's lively enough but quiet at night. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful location but a bit tired property

Property owners not happy about us arriving late - flight delayed. Wonderful location Property bit tired looking and could done with deep clean. Shower went from very hot to freezing by itself. Linen and towels a bit tired need updating. We had asked if we could leave an hour later - refused but that was okAsked by msg if we could leave our cases on porch for an hour while we had breakfast and waited for transport but no response. Asked in person when they arrived to hand over and the lady was extremely rude - shouting and waving hand at my daughter. This property could be so much more!

Wir waren nunmehr das 2. Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Diese Lage der Wohnung ist einfach einmalig. Keine 20 m vom Strand direkt an der Strandpromenade von Port de Pollença. Es geht nicht besser. Der Ort selber mit den vielen tollen Restaurants und Cafés ist einmalig auf Mallorca. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Family Holiday

Location of property is incredible. We know Puerto Pollensa well and this is an ideal spot. Just 5m from the beach and wonderful restaurants all around. House is well appointed and rooms a good size. Kitchen and bedroom furniture could do with updating but we managed OK for the week. With no zircon it can get a little hot in the evenings. Overall though. Great family trip.

Als wir in Port de Pollenca ankamen, begrüssten uns die Eigentümer dieses tollen Appartements. Das Haus befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, die durch nichts zu überbieten ist. Super eingerichtetes Haus in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Lieben Dank an die Vermieter, die uns auch bei der Abreise herzlich verabschiedet haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Relaxing vacation in the hear of Puerto Pollensa

We had an excellent week at the property. The owner met us and took us through the villa, beautifully tidy, loads of towels and beach towels, assortment of beach toys, loungers to take to the beach (which is directly outside the property). Evenings are great for people watching as they stroll the pine walk, numerous restaurants on your door step. We didn’t hire a car, simply booked a taxi from the airport, it really wasn’t needed with all amenities nearby. Many thanks to the owners for a lovely week, we will definitely be returning.

Extraordinary house in a beautiful location

We loved staying in this property. The location is amazing – right in the heart of Puerto Pollenca. Wonderful shaded terrace ideal for relaxing and watching life go by. The beach is seconds from the front door – the sea is warm and is great for kids. The property is really special and the owners are welcoming and considerate. The photos very accurately reflect the property.

Beautiful family home in which it was a privilege to stay

Spacious and authentic property right by the beach. Out of bed in the morning, shorts on and off for a pre breakfast dip-wonderful. Our host could not have been more helpful. The house is very well provisioned with everything you could need. Lovely shaded front terrace on which to enjoy family time eating and relaxing. In summary - loved it.

Excellent & very well equipped property in a great location!

We had a lovely welcome from the owner, who showed us round the property. It is really well situated, had everything we could wish for to make our stay comfortable and fun. Good sized rooms, little garden at the back and large front porch for people-watching! Loved the whole experience and would definitely want to book again.

Charming property in an unrivalled location.

Location and style in this beautiful apartment. Right on the Pine Walk and two steps to the beach, shops or restaurants. No air con but high ceilings, shutters and fans compensate. And the beautiful veranda is a cool place to people watch while the exquisite courtyard is a special refuge.

Fantastic - a feeling like being home

The house of Andreu and his fruendly family is one of the most beautiful houses in all Puerto Pollença. Inside and outside it is a little palace. We found all luxury for our stay. Nicely furnished rooms with a lot of space for everybody. really comfortable beds and 2 great bathrooms. 1 bath with a very modern walk-in shower, both bathrooms with windows. The front terrace and the hidden back yard were great places to start and end the day with friends. The kitchen is perfectly equiped. The location can not be better.... Straight at the beachfront, next to my favourite Cafe "Capucchino" and free parking nearby made the stay fantastic. Andreu and his wife are really kind and warm hearted people. The filled the fridge with some welcome drinks and fruits and we had a very good communication together. At our arrival everything was smooth and Andreu was already waiting for us. When we left it was the same. We talked about our time in the house and I was already thinking about my next trip to Pollença, and only to the house, to the palace of Andreu and his family. Fantastic people, fantastic house - 6 of 5 stars :))

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE IN FANTASTIC LOCATION

AS A FAMILY WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE. YOU CAN NOT GET A BETTER LOCATION AND THE PROPERTY FEELS VERY HOMELY. IT WAS VERY HANDY TO HAVE WASHING FACILITIES AND A PRIVATE COURTYARD OUT THE BACK. THE OWNERS WERE LOVELY AND WE LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US INTO YOUR HOME

We spent relaxing holidays in this very chic and stylish house that has kept its old spirit. Everything was perfect. Thanks Andreu for your hospitality and availability. "A room with a view!"

We were the first party of guests to stay in this beautiful, atmospheric apartment. Evening times were spent sitting on the large terrace and watching the world go by! The views of the bay at all times of the day were stunning. A few suggestions have been submitted to the owner regarding the apartment but these are minor and certainly didn't impact on our stay! A beautiful, old, spacious and gracious apartment..we will most definitely be back to stay.
