In Berry, 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo, this charming traditional Berry-style house retains the rustic charm of the countryside. Enjoy peace, quiet, walks, and relaxation thanks to the games room (table football and table tennis). The Benjamin Rabier discovery trail is also nearby. The ground floor comprises a common room (equipped kitchen, dining/living room, TV), a toilet, and a shower room.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom, a toilet, and five bedrooms (two double beds, three single beds, and two single beds).
Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and free firewood are provided. There is an enclosed courtyard and garden (garden furniture, deck chairs, swing set, sandbox, barbecue). A carport and parking are also available.
The cottage is equipped with a septic tank; please do not use bleach.
Use disinfectant products that meet EN14476 or EN13697 standards. A daily provision of €18 is charged for utilities.
Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash): €65, mandatory for business stays.
Single bed sheets: €10 each.
Double bed sheets: €12 each.
Towels: €7 per person.
