About this property

Large, well-equipped gĂźte and spa (optional) - between Touraine and Berry

Cottage labeled 'Gites de France Touraine' with 10x5 m swimming pool covered and heated from early April to mid November.
fitness area free access from mid November to late March (and optionally with supplement from early April to mid November)
ground floor: living room with tv, large living room 50m2 with fitted and well equipped American kitchen
2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) bathroom (bath + shower) wc.
upstairs: 3 parqueted bedrooms (2 140 cm beds 1 1601 cm bed 90) bathroom wc, separate wc and shower adjoining a bedroom
swings, swings, bowling pitch, ping pong table, football goal, terrace, large lawn 2000 m2

Swimming pool surrounded by walls, very intimate, secured by a gate with code. The swimming pool and its wide beach and its sun loungers are at your exclusive disposal.
In a restored annex building you can use a French billiard table and enjoy a TV room with a large screen;
in this same room you will find a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and some weight machines
The fitness area (included in the rental from mid November to end March when the pool is no longer heated) can be rented additionally outside these periods (400 euros / week in high and very high season, 300 euros other weeks and 150 euros per weekend) it includes: a whirlpool, a sauna, a walk-in shower, a small cloakroom, a hand washing machine and a hair dryer.The sheets are not included ( 100 euros for all the beds)
the pool and spa heating is included in the rental price but not the electricity for the gite part.
we are located in the countryside 8 kilometers from the Beauval zoo
For large weekends in May and June ask us for a quote to adjust our daily rate

Maison tout Ă  fait adaptĂ©e Ă  des vacances en famille, trĂšs calme en pleine campagne, grand jardin bien entretenu avec jeux pour les enfants. Maison trĂšs propre et spacieuse. Gite trĂšs grand pour notre groupe de 10 personnes. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© tant Ă  l'intĂ©rieur (grand salon Ă  manger, cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e, petit salon dĂ©tente, grandes chambres) qu'Ă  l'extĂ©rieur (barbecue, boulodrome, balançoire, ping-pong, parking). L'espace bien ĂȘtre est un vrai plus avec aussi un espace activitĂ© (billard français et jeux vidĂ©o) cela permet d'avoir des espaces sĂ©parĂ©s si nĂ©cessaire. ChĂąteaux de la Loire Ă  proximitĂ©. Voiture nĂ©cessaire pour les commoditĂ©s. Difficile de trouver des points nĂ©gatifs Ă  ce gite de groupe !

Fabulous time

House was gorgeous, really homely. Group of 8 sharing. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Pool and gardens were lovely. Located in rural environment so very quiet. Kitchen was good size for large group. Eating area outside was perfect for our group. My husband particularily loved the BBQ! The hosts were very attentive to any query. Would highly recommend.

Rustige kastelen vakantie

Rustig gelegen in landelijk gebied. Stilte was opvallend. Mooi zwembad. Veel voorzieningen aanwezig. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaars. Sommige zaken waren wat versleten. Zoals doucheruimtes en keuken en bedden. De hoofdkussens waren bijv. niet ok. Wel een mooi ontspannend verblijf gehad. Extra troef : Groot wild te spotten in de directe omgeving.

le gßte est trÚs bien situé avec beaucoup de lieux à visiter. La piscine est bien appréciable et l'eau est bien chaude. L'équipement du gßte est parfait. Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour entre amis.

le gite est exceptionnel de part sa situation (en pleine campagne, calme, prestations Ă  la hauteur, propretĂ© 
bref tout est Ă  l'attendu), maison vaste, avec du "cachet" et puis il y a l'accueil des propriĂ©taires, qui habitent Ă  cotĂ©, juste exceptionnel, chaleureux, d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse et le tout dans la discrĂ©tion !! je recommande sans hĂ©sitation !!!

SĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able en famille, grande maison dans laquelle tout est bien pensĂ©. Parfaitement silencieuse : rien ne grince, ni les lits, ni les planchers ni les portes, ce qui permet Ă  chacun de circuler sans rĂ©veiller la maisonnĂ©e ! SĂ©jour Ă  NoĂ«l 2020, la tempĂȘte Bella et le coronavirus nous ont empĂȘchĂ©s de profiter du grand jardin et des attractions Ă  proximitĂ© (chĂąteaux, zoo de Beauval). Quelques balades tout de mĂȘme dans la campagne environnante entourant le gĂźte. L’espace forme a Ă©tĂ© plus que le bienvenu avec son jacuzzi, son sauna, son billard et la salle de tĂ©lĂ©vision. Un grand merci aux propriĂ©taires pour le prĂȘt d’un appareil Ă  raclette et merci Ă  eux de nous permettre de partir avec nos chiens, ce qui devient extrĂȘmement rare (dans un pays ou 100.000 animaux sont abandonnĂ©s chaque annĂ©e). Nous recommandons Ă©videmment
