Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Unit was clean and exactly as described! They even contacted us to see if we had made it into the area early and wanted to get checked in prior to the 4pm arrival time which was amazing and greatly appreciated. A representative checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we were satisfied with everything and/or to ask if we needed anything. Overall a great rental and would stay here again!

Property was as advertised and very enjoyable. A little confusion on check in because the sign in the condo said there are gym cards which we couldn’t locate, when actually you just need a code to enter the gym. Sign in condo describes 100 fine for losing card, so we wanted to clear this up. We were pleased with the large pools, path to the beach and hanging out in the roomy condo with a beautiful view from the terrace. I’m sure we’ll be back.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

This was an amazing choice for our Destin vacation. The location of the property is close to everything you need - dining, shopping, arcades/laser tag, and the beach! Check in was easy. The property was clean. The short walk to the beach was an amazing benefit. And the views can’t be beat. The view from our balcony looking out at the ocean was worth the price alone! We would definitely book this again when we travel to Destin!

Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seascape resort on Miramar beach…we stayed in Ariel Dunes II. It was very clean and and comfortable for our family. Plenty of room for 5 people. The beach was about a 5 minute walk from the property which was also nice…the location to stores and restaurants was anywhere from 5-10 minutes away. The only only negative we had is the queen bed head board was very loose as well as the king bed but not as bad. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay (outside of the bad weather we had)!!!

Perfect Getaway

Our stay could not have been better, the hosts thought of everything. The unit was exactly as pictured, incredibly clean and up to date. Kitchen was well stocked, and the view was amazing. Perfect place to watch the sunset. The short walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. The Hospitality app gave us all the information we needed, but what few questions we had were answered right away by the management company and their staff was very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again and plan to return next year. Elevators were quick and plenty of shopping carts available for loading groceries. Highly recommend.

Unit had all the comforts of home without needing any extras once we arrived. great ocean view from balcony and outside furniture was perfect nice and relaxing place to spend the mornings and evenings watching the sunset. We would have no issues booking this unit again. Elevators are fast and there are 4 total we never had to wait more than a minute to go up or down. Whale Tale was a great place to walk to dinner to eat and watch sunset. ( good Food too)

The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The view was fantastic. We had a few minor glitches but the Beyond Blue was very courteous and helpful in getting repairs done quickly. The ladies seemed to be very concerned about making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property. Hope to spend many more winters there.

The condo was immaculate, provided all necessary amenities for an enjoyable stay and the beds are super comfy! Step onto the large balcony and enjoy panoramic views of Destin and the beaches. We really enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack bar height chairs and watch the sunset sipping on a glass of wine. The management company is very quick to assist in answering questions throughout our reservation process and during arrival. They even mailed back something that was left at the unit when we departed. 5 Stars!! We’ll be back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we noticed the smell of a dog & dirty towels, the condo hadn’t been cleaned properly. We were already charged an excessive amount for a one night vacation but we didn’t complain. After leaving 2 days later I had an additional “fee” be drafted from my account for a “pet” that we didn’t have & “excessive” cleaning which we had cleaned and put up stuff ourselves to not leave a mess for them to clean. The place was supposed to be a “pet” free zone initially yet there were big dogs being walked through the lobby. I will never stay here again & I wont recommend someone else to.

Any issue I had was with the company and personnel. Generally, the place was clean; however, the rooms had not had a deep clean since before any covid-cleaning guidelines. (the smoke alarm over my bedroom tv was caked in dust along with the air vent above it). Customer service: I had inquired about beach equipment and whether I could bring my tailgate tent (10x10) and customer service reply was no, that space would be an issue to only bring a 5-6' umbrella. We purchase new umbrellas for our family of six. But, the beach had plenty of tailgate tents set up when we arrived! Bummer!Customer service: have to buy a parking pass for a second vehicle. Citations/fines are given out! More info should be available at check-in. Called customer service to inquire - no answer or return call. Had to go to another building looking for security or live person to inquire. Customer service: In our 24-story building, the customer service kiosk was closed - all "app-driven." For that size place and price paid, one expects a live person to assist guests.Price - good -IF its a five-star unit, but this one was three-star.

Everything was so nice and the pictures don’t do it justice. The beach access is a little bit of a walk but it’s a delightful walk. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids and we fit perfectly. The pools are wonderful (top-the middle one is heated). There is a WONDERFUL Mexican restaurant (Mezcal) within walking distance. We will MOST DEFINITELY be staying again next year. I couldn’t have asked for a better spring break getaway with my family!! Thank you hosts for your extraordinary property and for sharing it with my family!! Cheers!!!

Great location, good property

The property was good and Miramar Beach was absolutely perfect! The extra charge for early check-in seemed a bit excessive, given the overall price of the unit and the fact that it was all ready anyway. But other than that, it's a short walk to the beach and the pools were great. The pool codes given on the app were inaccurate but gratefully the other guests provided us with the correct code.

Nice place and clean.

Unit was clean and well equipped. The bunk beds are more like something on a ship. Small. Easy walk to the beach. Parking is scarce at night. Overall a nice place. The manage company was quick to respond.

Unit needs a thorough deep cleaning. The tile floors were so dirty that we had to wear shoes or have black feet. It was not sand on the floor, it was dirty. I had to call several times to get a parking pass that was supposed to be in the room at check in. There were numerous warnings about fines if the pass was not visible, so I made sure I got one. The queen mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. You would sink down into it, I do not recommend,

Nice set up

Stayed at this property for 5 nights in July 2021. The view of the beach was very nice! Check in was easy with the app. The condo was very clean. The Microwave and Keurig did not work, the guest bathrooms tub did not drain well and there were not dish towels. If the owners provided some additional small things I think it would provide a much better stay, like a spice rack, slat and pepper. Things that you don’t want to go out and buy for a few days/week stay but don’t go bad staying in the condo. Also a drying rack on the balcony would be great! The pool code on the app is also incorrect. Overall a good stay!
