We rented this condo literally the day before our stay and we were so lucky it was available during peak season. We had a bad situation with the original condo we rented from( do not rent from scenic stays ever)and had to leave with no where else to go. What a blessing it was to find this last minute. The property was clean, as advertised, close proximity to the beach, restaurants and the communication from host was great! I would rent this unit again and I would especially rent from Luis and Diane again!

This location is great and highly recommend for anyone thinking about it! Clean, quiet, and the view from the balcony is awesome. 1 1/2 bathroom was super convenient for my family. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, 5 min tops. You can rent a golf cart(right next door) or beach dolly to transport but if you plan on hanging out for 3-4 hrs it isn’t needed. Traffic can be a little heavy at times but it’s not difficult to get around. Luis and Diane were great host and I would definitely look to book with them again. 10/10!

Beautiful and convenient

The condo was very nice. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. The facility is family friendly. The pools are great. The walk to the beach is a bit much if you are packing a cooler or chairs, but doable.

The property was very nice. Not as close to the beach as we thought. But it was easy access and not a big issue. The property was easy to use and right off the elevator which was very nice. Overall a great stay.

Thank you for your review! The quickest way to the beach is to walk thru the other tower vs walking across the bridge towards Whales Tail restaurant. Also, if a family has multiple beach items, we suggest using the resort parking lot across from the beach.

Great getaway and great host!

We had the best time here! Host was incredibly kind and communicative throughout the entire process. The place was awesome and not terribly far from the beach (about a 9 minute walk). Every restaurant within walking distance SUCKED so prepare to drive if you want good food. But overall it was an amazing stay! Wish we could’ve stayed longer :)
