About the host
Hosted by Jenna Robbins
I'm a writer/web consultant who also loves to travel. I've went on vacation six years ago and have been traveling the world ever since.
In addition to writing and photography, I also love the great outdoors and am a huge proponent of Semester at Sea, a study abroad program that I did as an undergrad and am still involved with.
If you're a fan of Indian food, Tandoor-a-India is one of the best Indian restaurants in LA and is only three blocks from my home. Yes, that's just a coincidence, although several of my friends seem to think I moved to Playa del Rey specifically for the saag paneer and malai kofta.
Another thing I love about Playa is that you can very often stroll down the boardwalk and find a pick-up game of volleyball, or just keep on strolling until you get to Marina del Rey in the north or Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach in the south. I own two properties in the neighborhood, and I consider Playa one of LA's best unsung neighborhoods.

Why they chose this property
Since I work from home, the second bedroom is set up as an office. My neighbors are fabulous, Albert the security guard is tops, and I love being able to walk to the beach on a moment's notice.
What makes this property unique
I recently discovered there are pickleball courts on the property! (I'd always thought they were squash courts.) Equipment is provided! However, you will need to bring your own equipment for the tennis courts.
