Beautiful house with refined decoration, sea view and valley

This house has been magnificently renovated, 200 m from Pourville beach.

The decoration is of quality in a "West Side" spirit, with soft and refined tones.

The living room offers space and conviviality, it extends onto a pleasant equipped terrace, facing South.

The kitchen integrated into the living room has a sea view.

The bedrooms are cosy and comfortable. The 3 bathrooms are modern, well-arranged and their distribution allows a stay that combines comfort and independence.

Pourville-sur-mer was the site of the first Anglo-Canadian landing on 19 August 1942, located on the Impressionists' route. Its coast and cliffs painted by Claude Monet are known for their changing colours.

Its pebble and sand beach at low tide invites you to rock pooling. There are numerous hiking trails in a wooded and green countryside.

Sehr nettes Haus in einem sehr schönen Ort

Wir waren positiv von dem Haus und dem Ort überrascht. Das Haus bietet alles, was "man" so benötigt und hat von der Küche und der Terrasse einen grandiosen Ausblick. Der Ort ist relativ entspannt und sehr schön. Strand sehr groß, aber "nur" Kieselsteine. Der Kontakt zur deutsch sprechenden Agentur war sehr gut. Wissen sollte man: - Das Haus liegt zwischen den beiden wichtigsten Straßen des Ortes. Man bekommt den Verkehr daher mit. Erst recht, wenn die Fenster auf sind. Im EG gibt es aber auch ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Schlafzimmer. - Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Nachts kühlt es sich aber merkbar ab. - Für die Terrasse gibt es keine Liege, aber viele weitere Sitzgelegenheiten. Diese also eventuell selbst mitbringen.
