About this property

La Lanterne, a spacious brick house in a green setting

Linen Included (beds are made and towels are provided)

Spacious brick house, in a green setting

"La Lanterne", a magnificent recently renovated building, is a haven of tranquillity.

As if placed in its beautiful garden with large trees, it also offers luxurious interior amenities. Simple, everything is there, nothing is superfluous, and each object is in good taste.

Like the facade, sober and elegant.

The ground floor offers a very vast and bright living room, completely open. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, an induction hob with hood, a large fridge with freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster...

From the kitchen, an opening leads to an entrance area with storage, individual toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a door to the outside at the back of the house.

In the living room, a magnificent brick fireplace stands (wood provided).

Then you access the ground floor bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) equipped with its bathroom (with toilet).

Upstairs, the landing leads to 3 bedrooms, a shower room and an individual toilet.

One bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, the second with 2 beds 80 x 190 cm, joined, and the third with 3 beds 90 x 200 cm.

Outside, dining table and loungers, parasol and barbecue.

The garden extends into small paths mown in the tall grass.

The hamlet of "bas de Blanc Mesnil" is located 2.5 km from the long beach of Sainte Marguerite or the Vastérival valley.

The centre of Varengeville sur mer is 3 km away. There you will find shops and restaurants, and magnificent gardens to visit, the Michel Ciry museum, the church perched on the cliff and its marine cemetery.

The surroundings are full of treasures. Between countryside and sea, the landscape is unexpected...

Pleasant rustic farmhouse in a quiet area, lovely garden. Good location for short drives to various places along the sea. Spacious downstairs area, but low eaves upstairs, one broken bed (in room with two singles together) and well-worn pillows (reported to agency). Downstairs ensuite double bedroom suits an older person well, although note that property access involves a few steps or a walk across an uneven lawn. Sitting area could do with updated seat cushions on the rather sunken chairs, reported to agency.
