Spacious house in the heart of a large garden on the edge of the forest

House located on the edge of the forest and 200m from the sea, comfortable and bathed in light. Renovated with taste by an architect in 2010, it will welcome you for a stay with family or friends.

Its decoration is a mixture of modernity, while leaving the charm and warmth of Norman homes thanks to the fireplace and the many windows that bathe the sun all day.

Its situation in a dead end and along the GR 21, gives it absolute calm and privileged access for walkers and nature and sea enthusiasts.
The large enclosed and closed garden of about 2,000 m2 is planted with many species of rhododendrons, azaleas, hydrangeas, heather and pine trees.
The large terrace facing south will allow you to fully enjoy nature and breathtaking views of the many rhododendrons and hydrangeas.
A gate at the bottom of the garden will allow you to directly access the forest adjoining the property.

A barbecue in the garden will allow you to enjoy your grill.
A ping-pong, a secure trampoline and a real football table football will delight both children and adults.

The house benefits on the ground floor, a large comfortable living room facing South West that allows it to be bathed in light all day.
The house is equipped with hi-fi wireless internet, cable TV and Blu-ray DVD player.
In the living room, you can find yourself around a cozy fire.
The ground floor comprises two bedrooms with single beds 90x190, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will have 3 bedrooms (two large bedrooms with double bed 160x190 and a bedroom with single bed 90x190) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Many storage and wardrobes are available in the rooms and common areas.

Access and equipment:
The whole house is accessible except for the garage.
A "technical" zone is at your disposal on the ground floor with a washing machine, a dryer and an iron.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, oven and fridge / freezer.
Sheets and towels are provided for the number of people and for the duration of the stay.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und der Garten ein Traum. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kinder können sich den ganzen Tag mit Kicker und Trampolin beschäftigen. Es gibt Liegestühle und Loungemöbel, so dass man gut einen sonnigen Tag im Garten verbringen kann. Die Dame, die die Übergabe macht ist sehr nett von ne hilfsbereit! Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern wären schön, es wimmelte in allen Schlafzimmern nur so von Mücken. Von der Sauberkeit her war es leider nicht so gut, da musste man nacharbeiten. Zum Meer ist es ein gutes Stück und man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Die Gegend ist sehr, sehr schön! Im Großen und Ganzen ein traumhafter Urlaub mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern.

Perfektes Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge

Schönes, großes Haus mit riesigem Garten. Für die Kinder gibt es viel Platz zum Spielen, ein Trampolin, einen Kicker, eine Tischtennisplatte im Nebengebäude und einen großen Schrank mit Büchern und Gesellschaftsspielen. Volle Küchenausstattung, schnelles WLAN, netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Leckere Bäckerei in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht, z.B. nach Étretat, Mont-Saint-Michel, Le Havre, Rouen, Dieppe oder Le Tréport. Daher kommen wir gerne wieder.

Top locatie in alle rust

Na een goeie ontvangst hebben we een schitterende week gehad. Ruim, comfortabel en helder huis met mooie tuin in een rustige en stille omgeving. Wandelingen door de bossen en tot de voet van de klifkusten vlakbij. Nabije dorpen en steden, met hun cultuur en natuur, vlot bereikbaar . Een aanrader! Après un bon accueil, nous avons passé une semaine magnifique. Maison ample, luxueuese et lumineuse avec un beau jardin dans le silence et la quiétude. Randonnées dans les bois et jusqu'au pied des falaises tout près. Les villages avoisinants, avec leur culture et leur nature, à quelques minutes en voiture. Une location splendide!

Schönes Haus mit viel Platz

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Es war nett eingerichtet, zum Teil mit sehr hübschen, antiken Möbeln dekoriert! Die Mädels liebten das Trampolin. Die Normandie ist echt sehenswert !!! Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

A true home away from home

Lovely big house ideal for a family. It’s the owners second home, not a rental home, and you can see that in the details. Nice view to the pretty garden. Nice sheets and towels. Toys for the kids. Barbecue. Mini football and Trampoline for the kids (with no fence). Owner responded promptly and was very nice. Not a strong wifi signal but enough for email and googling. Not enough for watching tv or similar. Bad cell phone signal too. 2 single bedrooms in the ground floor (with an extra bed below) plus a single and 2 doubles on the second floor. The doubles are very big and the whole house is luminous. It’s on a road with other houses surrounded by forest. You can do walks in the area but need a car to get to the shops. Only downside was the many spiders. We used google maps and it took us to the neighboring town instead but my parents took a taxi and the driver took them straight there. We would definitely return.

Very nice modern house with large lounge area Big kitchen and 2 Bathrooms . 3 Bedrooms upstairs and 2 on ground floor. Outside games room with plenty of games to entertain the family. A notre arrivée nous avons trouvé une maison impeccable et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille qui nous laissera de beaux souvenirs. (3 générations réunies). La joie des enfants : avec le trampoline, le babyfoot et le grand jardin. La paix et la tranquillité pour les parents avec les promenades et footing matinaux. La quiétude pour les grands parents devant le feu de cheminée... Nous avons découvert la belle ville de Veules les Roses, le beau marché de Dieppe, l’Église de Varengenville qui nous a offert une belle découverte d'une partie de l’œuvre insoupçonnée de Georges BRAQUE. Nous conseillons vivement cette destination. Merci aux propriétaires pour la délicate attention et le bon accueil réservé.
