Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Flies were everywhere, no contact with the owner nor check in instructions .No towels when arrived, no internet password. No responses from host. Contacted their daughter with a number found in house. We entered not knowing if that was the place due to no instructions or responses. When contacted daughter about internet and towels. No internet resolved as password not to be found or provided. When asked about towels was told housekeeping forgot, then was asked to drive back from 3 hrs away to make it easier on the housekeeper to get us towels as we were at Matterhorn for the day. After several messages and us not being able to just head back to make easier on the housekeeper they left us towels in a bag on back deck as we asked for that on first message, Worst rental I have experience and disappointed at lack of communication, accountability and flies were everywhere. 4 people with no towels and fighting flies, not to mention unsure we had a place to get into .
