Worked for us

This property did show some wear and tear, but it is a rental property. Check in and check out were easy. The property was clean, not spotless, but clean. We spent minimal time there (breakfast and sleeping), so any flaws weren’t a problem. Bedding, towels, dishes and appliances were all clean. I loved the convenience of a washer and dryer and my son really enjoyed the pool table.

There were many things not good about this property and I am sending a list to the host. On the positive side, all the appliances worked and the location was perfect for Busch Gardens. The biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness and not enough silverware or dishes for 8 people. The maintenance on the property was terrible and it truly needed a list of instructions. Water to the dishwasher was turned off and dishes that had been run with no water by the previous customer were dirty. Also there was a major leak in bedroom 4 in the closet so it was soaked during our day and a half of rain. I would not recommend it until major repairs and deep cleaning is done.

When we arrived we had a mishap and it was fixed. We loved everything about the home the game room was on point. Wish we could have had a cookout in the backyard maybe next year. We will be returning to this home next year on our birthday trip agin.

Not a very nice property

We have to start by saying that the property was very very dirty and bad maintained. There was dust and dirt everywhere, the bathroom was filthy, dust everywhere, playroom dirty with lots of dust, really we were afraid to touch everything, the bed has BEDBUGS attached you can see pictures of my wifes biten legs … horrible. I took pictures of everything that I will send. We paid for a property in good condition and even for a high cleaning fee, we think we need to be reimbursed or receive a credit for this stay. The people that is supposed to take care of this property need to be fired immediately. I’ll wait for a respond. Thanks I need to send you pictures of everything asap
